My pipes decided to act up two days before Thanksgiving with a household full of people expected to arrive for the holiday dinner. I am in the real estate industry and routinely interact with plumbers, electricians, handy people, etc. My current plumber is out of town (fantastic). I knew it was going to be a challenge to find another competent and honest plumber that wouldn't take advantage of the holiday (who is willing to act swiftly without overcharging me). I made the decision to contact Quality Service Plumbing after 1.5 hours of conducting research on Yelp and other sites. They provided 24/7 emergency services. It was around 6 am that I reached out and to my surprise I received a quick response from Andrew at Quality Service Plumbing. I provided details about the situation and the urgency. Andrew promptly set an appointment for a FREE QUOTE, for the same day, at 8 am (two hours later). Andrew arrived timely and ready to work. He is professional and courteous (Before he entered my home, he volunteered to wear paper booties over his shoes to protect the floors). I was impressed with how thoroughly he investigated the situation to ensure his diagnosis is accurate. A camera was placed in the pipes and methodically made its way around. I could easily see the area(s) requiring attention (I don't easily trust so this was extremely helpful). Andrew took the time to answer all of my questions and also offered a few remedies for me to choose from. He was very understanding and did not pressure me to spend a large amount of money. In the end, he fixed the issue in about an hour or so and pricing was affordable and fair (better than most other places from my experience). I have already recommended him to my own clients and family. There will be no hesitation to call him again if any other plumbing issues arise. I needed a repipe on a rental home I own in Chino Hills. Job included removing old galvanized pipe and replacing with pex and copper for bath, kitchen and water heater/washer dryer in detached garage. Andrew was responsive with communication in the quote process and during the job. Due to rain at the property, the job took 2 full days instead of the one estimated but the Quality crew seemed to be more about quality of work than speed. Andrew even replaced a shower valve that was clogged up at no extra charge because he was concerned everything would work properly when completed. Cost on a large project was important and Quality Service Plumbing was one of the lower quotes, but his good communication to go over all the details and adjust quote as needed sold me on this company.
Time will tell but as I watched the work over 2 days, I was impressed with the attention to detail and thorough work. I would recommend Quality for any large or small plumbing job you need.

Second time calling Quality Service for plumbing work. Kitchen clogging this time, which we had other plumber to snake out a year ago. Andrew, Jeremy, and Ronnie came out to assess. We decided go with hydro-jetting to option to fix the problem. The team is very on time and prompt. they provided full service to clear and camera exam the cleaning with 1 year warranty.
