This is the second time we've received excellent service from Eric, the owner of this business. The last time he unclogged our bathtub. Today he fixed the bathroom sink and also the toilet problem. Excellent and honest service and works fast. Also, yesterday, Cherilyn who answered the phone was professional and a good listener. Today, she gave us a call to alert us that Eric is on the way. Highly recommend.

I was so nervous because it was after hours ...First called I made was to Quality Rooter. Cherilyn took my call at 6:30pm and was great!
Not only that they had Joe in about 20 min at my house to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this company!! From the first call I made today, the lady I spoke with was terrific and immediately made schedule revisions on her end to get someone out to our house in less than 2 hours! Ed arrived and he was so helpful and thorough, solved the problem and was very professional and kind. Do yourself a favor, CALL this company, they are so responsive and reasonably priced. Ed was amazing! He spent over 2 hours at my place, which was well past 9pm solving my issue to make sure my home was safe from any more water damage. He was very attentive to detail and kept checking in on us as he was working to make sure no more problems were arising. The company got back to me extremely quick (as opposed to other companies in my area) and were very educated on all details I described. Thanks Ed!!!

What a sensational plumbing company with kind and knowledgeable employees. I had a leak in my old hot water heater and called Quality Rooter to come replace my unit. They showed up extremely quick and did an incredible job. Douglas, the plumber was very respectful and courteous. He was very enlightening and helpful on my plumbing questions and needs. Very Professional....

I would avoid them if you can.
The woman who works their scheduling (Erica, I believe) was disrespectful over the phone. I had no idea why she was calling in the first place to schedule a plumber appointment and when I asked questions, she became irritated. Then, she insisted on a time that didn't work for us and when I said I would need to talk to our maintenance, she asked for our maintenance contact info. When I spoke with our maintenance over the phone, they actually explained the situation and said she would call again to schedule, they were unaware of any appointment that was confirmed. She called them to ""schedule an appointment"" without letting us know, I never heard from her again until sure enough, a plumber showed up at our doorstep one morning at 9 am, surprise. Erica called me to tell me to let them in, when I told her I didn't know anyone was coming, I wasn't at all surprised when I was met with a disrespectful attitude again. After being made to feel stupid, I got off the phone and grabbed my toddler and let the plumber know right now wasn't a good time and I was actually just on my way out the door, he then guilted me with how ""I would be inconveniencing everyone if I didn't stay"" When I said this wasn't my fault, he then pressured me with ""can we stay without you"" which I said I wasn't comfortable with that he then asked if he could come in anyways to take a look. Thirty minutes of debating later (in which I apologized multiple times despite nothing being my fault and not one person apologized to me) I was able to head where I was going while the plumber started the work in the upstairs unit. I was back just in time for them to start inside our unit.

Bottom line, I was treated like an idiot over the phone and then two male plumbers that showed up made me feel uncomfortable and belittled when I was just trying to take my toddler somewhere.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. They came out right away and were charging me less than another company quoted just for the minimum. This is the second time I used them and I will certainly use them for all my plumbing needs.

Joe arrived at a property to repair a leak that was discovered under the sink. Upon arrival the leak could not be identified. He did not give up! He continued to trouble shoot by running the water, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. He was able to find the source of the leak and made the repair! Very impressed!!!

My review is just for a sewage inspection for buying a house. They were referred to me by my home inspector. I called them in the morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Eric and Joe allowed me to look on as they video inspected the sewer system, and when it was done took me through step by step how this particular sewage system worked (the house is on a huge hill), where all the clean-outs were, and what to look for if problems were to happen. Price for the inspection was 230, it seemed in line with competitors, and for a rush job was very appropriate. Would hire again for further work.
