Within the past week, I've called numerous times and left multiple voice messages. No-one answers their phone...no-one calls me back! Same story for my contractors. I just need to schedule a simple water shut-off. They're the preferred plumber recommended by my HOA, but if they can't respond in a timely manner, what's the point?

If they ever respond back to me and have a decent excuse, I'd consider amending this review. But until then, no call-backs get 1 star ¯\_(?)_/¯

We have used Quality Rooter & Plumbing twice on ""emergency"" type calls. They were recommended to us by a close personal friend. Quality Rooter & Plumbing was able to dispatch a plumbing technician within a few hours in both instances, which is NOT always easy to do.

Daniel was our technician on both of our service calls. Daniel was extremely professional and informative as he went through his troubleshooting procedures. In both cases, he went above and beyond to ensure our plumbing issues were handled correctly and there would not be a recurrence. Thanks for employing people like Daniel and for being a fair, honest, & trustworthy company.

I emailed them on a Sunday for a clogged bathroom sink, they came on Monday morning at 10:30 am. Wow. They needed to replace the tubing under the sink and only charged for the parts on top of the hour of labor. Professional work and quick communication at a fair price, need I say anything more?

Would recommend there service hands down! Had a flow problem with a shower that lets just say others couldn't fix at my expense! Turned out with better experience came better results, of all things it was blocked because of an over soldered joint which Eric was quick to disclose and fix in a timely manner! Experience and quality service above all!

Just referred quality plumbing to one of my friends Andre. Their bathtub was full of poop and did not know what to do. They said they found quality router on yelp and I said yeah I've used them before give them a chance. $85 and it was fixed good job quality router.

Arrived early, out the door in just under two hours, cleaned up after themselves, great job. Eric spent time not only doing the job but providing valuable education to prevent future problems. Also the price couldn't be more reasonable, I called several other companies for jetting services and they were outrageous.
Thanks for getting my drains taken care of, it's nice to do laundry again :-)

I have nothing but positive feedback to give about this company. I have had them out to my home three times and have been very pleased each time. We live in an older home and have needed updated showers, toilet repair and install, drains unclogged, and our main cleaned out. Each time, they have come out and fixed each problem. They were on time, courteous, and did a perfect job. I had six, yes six different plumbers out to fix a leaky toilet. My home warranty company that I pay $500 a year for never fixed it. This company is the only one who permanently repaired the problem. I also had my other toilet installed by them. After putting it on and checking it, our plumber was not happy with the way it was set, so he took it back off and redid it. There was no added charge for this. I could just tell that they cared about their work and finished product. I am confused by the one negative review, I have had nothing but positive experiences. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Quality Rooter and Plumbing Inc. provides the best service possible. I heard about them after they won an award for their outstanding customer service. They live up to the standard and prestige the award gives them. Cherilyn answers the phones and made me an emergency same day appointment because my water heater had gone bad. She was courteous and friendly giving me an estimation of the cost for the job, as well as a reasonable time frame for the plumbers to arrive. Three men arrived within the time frame, Eric, Nick and Daniel. All three took care of the problem efficiently and quickly removing the old water heater and installing a new one. They took the old water heater away for disposal as well. They installed it about two weeks ago and I still have had no issues with the new one they installed. Their price was reasonable and beat most of the other quotes I had received before I came across their company. I will be recommending Quality Rooter to any one who ever asks for a plumber.

I have used a few plumbers in San Diego and will continue to use Quality in the future based on my first experience this week.
From the initiation of service through the completion of the project, I was impressed with the team's professionalism and commitment to quality work. Eric is experienced, knowledgeable and was happy to take the time to answer any and all questions I had before, during, and after the project. I especially appreciated that he and his team were careful to leave the work space as they found it after a two day project. Cherilyn was responsive in handling my requests for appointments, estimates, etc. I will be calling them for future needs, and will recommend them to friends and family.
