After a behind the wall shower leak in my 1970's condo, Frankie came over on short notice to inspect the damage. He was thorough and pointed out all the areas with damage using both a conductance probe and a FLIR scanner. The only reason that I didn't contract him for the work was my desire to contract through a single vendor and his firm's inability to handle asbestos work if needed.

When I woke up to water dripping on my forehead from the most recent ""El Nino""... I was not looking forward to the next few weeks of work needed to be done on our apartment. Our HOA sent Cesar over to access the water damage from our roof leak. The first thing he did was an asbestos test on our drywall which we most definitely appreciated that side of caution. Once he was in the clear, he took out our damaged dry wall and then set up his dehumidifier to take the moisture out of the wood. He came back and checked on the moisture two days after he set it up. Two days after that, he came back to clear out the machines and even vacuumed the area for us. He is even contacting our HOA for us so they can get us started on the next step.

Our favorite thing working with Cesar was that he was very communicative. Before we even met us, he let us know how to best prepare the room. He let us know when he was on the way and always gave us a 1-2 hour arrival window (Way better than some of the internet cable companies where you wait ALL DAY) He also adjusted to our schedule. We have a dog and didn't want random people in an out of our home when we weren't there.. so he made time to do the work when we were able to stay home for a few hours.

I really hope the next company we use is as great as Quality Restoration.

The worst thing to come home to happened at our house this past month. Our entire home was flooded from a pipe that had burst in the downstairs bathroom so we first thought call our plummer. As soon as he arrived he knew that we needed more help than he could provide. He suggested we call Quality Restoration. They came in the middle of the night. We were super stressed until we were reassured by their team of kind professionals. They took care of us like we were family. We were so happy with the timely work that they did to get us back to our day to day life. Frankie and his team are there for you and If I knew better I would have called Quality Restoration right away. They were quick and especially considerate. Quality Restoration will not let you down when you are under water.

NIGHTMARE! Absolutely the worst company I have had to deal with on top of my apartment flooding. Cesar was so nice, i had fully trusted that him and his team would do the right thing and do the job well...absolutely 100% disappointed.

They damaged more items and property during the time they were supposed to be ""fixing"" the water damage; ripping out the carpets and floor boards and replacing with wood floors and new floor boards. Not only was the flooring half-a**ed, but they ruined my expensive purses, clothes and more during the time they were moving things around.

When I was able to enter back into my apartment, it looked worse, more of a clutter and disaster than it did when the flood happened. The workers had left 7/11 coffee cups, their personal work gloves and miscellaneous work equipment including but not limited to; empty paint cans, blue foam EVERYWHERE, rolling measure, our closet doors in the kitchen, and so much more. On top of it all, my roommate got his printer stolen and the bag of clothes that they said they were taking to clean.

I have absolutely no clue how on earth they received so many 5 stars, when this business should be shut down by now.

I HIGHLY recommend steering clear. 0 stars would have been a better choice, if it was an option.

We have used this vendor for many years, and that alone is proof that his work goes above and beyond. The work is always good, never disappointed.

Quality Restoration is used on all of our residential properties that we manage.
We also call on him for our commercial building in El Cajon, The East County Biz Center.

Top notch work, always friendly, reliable, and consistent.

What more can you ask for?? Oh yeah, the prices. Prices are always lower than the other vendors when we get multiple quotes.

Quality Restoration was hired by the management company that oversees the new apartment I just moved into. There was some last minute work done on the kitchen floor and due to all the dust, they wanted to have the carpet cleaned again. Cesar from QR&R was really friendly and super quick at thoroughly cleaning the carpet in the two bedrooms and hall. I was really happy with the results and would highly recommend them. It was also really cool that they do organic cleaning. I am not super picky about that but given the option, I do prefer it.

Bottom line, I will definitely call them up the next time I need their services.

Cesar and his team did a beautiful job with a short time frame in completely painting, cleaning and buffing our house to the max. It allowed us to get tenants in quickly and reduced our stress. They are competent, knowledgeable and super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

We couldn't have asked for better service! Cesar was friendly, considerate, and thorough in his work. He made every effort to keep any inconvenience at a minimum. He was also so great with my 4 year old son, encouraging him to watch and ask questions rather than seeing his curiosity as an annoyance as so many in repairs typically do. His response was fast and he willingly accommodated our schedule. We wouldn't dream of using anyone else in the future and would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone :)

Cesar; will stay on top of his work, he follows thru the job; he works any hour, he even works on weekends if the job requires to. Cesar is easy to reach and easy to talk to. He is the number 1 in flooding repair and carpet cleaning, he is the smart choice. Definetly will do bussiness again with him. Strongly recommended.

Although Quality Restoration and Remodeling is a new company for Cesar (the owner), he has been in the carpet cleaning and restoration business for a very long time. We have consistently used him over the years for cleaning our carpets, our tile floors, upholstery, and rescuing us from water damage (that included mold extraction). He is professional, thorough, fair, and very personable. He keeps up with the latest innovations in the business.
