They took the time to explain what it was they were doing and you can tell they were genuine and not just out to make a cash grab. It's rare these days to find that kind of service. The individual who came was Steven, who is very personable and had a great attitude. He did a good job & explained to me what was changing and why.

I hired this company to complete a plumbing job that required the plumber be onsite with my septic company. I gave accurate dates on when the project was going to start. I was in communications with them, however, at one point I did email the wrong email address and 10 days of the project were wasted. However, that aside, they never showed up at any point to get any work done. Always an excuse. The first was, they needed a deposit. I sent it. Then, they needed guidance from me... I'm not a plumber, so what guidance did you need from me to get the original estimate done. For several weeks we went back and forth and NOTHING WAS DONE. Finally, we decided it was best we part ways and refund my deposit. I've hired another plumber who was nice enough to wait for me to get my deposit back from this defunct contractor and it is now 3 weeks later and I do not have my deposit. I keep getting excuses that he's out of state. BEWARE this person cannot be trusted!!! I'm reporting to the BBB!

He didn't push unnecessary add ons and quickly gave me a rough estimate. We scheduled the appointment for the next day and Julian was prompt, courteous and pleasant. He confirmed Mike's diagnosis and completed the job efficiently. The best part - when one of the repairs developed a small problem overnight I called Mike early the next morning and he had Julian respond within a few hours. Julian promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue and stayed to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. Quality Pro - Honest, efficient, reasonable and reliable - What more could you ask for!

I have sent a few requests online and you are the first one replying to my messages without the need to have a ""phone consultation scheduled and you are able to come in and fix the issue on the same day.

Can't say enough good things about this company. I submitted an inquiry through yelp for a plumber to repair/replace our spigot in the back yard. The proprietor (Mike) replied to my request for a quote immediately and had his employee (Julian) out here the next morning. Julian did amazing work, was quick and courteous as well. Will certainly be going to Quality Pro Services for my future plumbing needs.
