Can't say enough good things about this company. I submitted an inquiry through yelp for a plumber to repair/replace our spigot in the back yard. The proprietor (Mike) replied to my request for a quote immediately and had his employee (Julian) out here the next morning. Julian did amazing work, was quick and courteous as well. Will certainly be going to Quality Pro Services for my future plumbing needs.

I was on Yelp to find reviews on a good Plumber and found Mike had great reviews. Trust me, reviews work sometimes. I was very happy with the prompt call back from Mike. He listen to my issue and had someone at my house the next day. My problem was resolved with a leak in my pipe. I would highly recommend Mike. Water started pouring out from under our kitchen sink, and I needed a plumber immediately! I have a great plumber that I'd hired years ago for a big renovation, but that person was not available on an emergency basis.

I chose Mike based on the Yelp reviews, thanks Yelpers! Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home.

Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house.

The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that.

Julian did a nice job. Have a look at my photos of before and after! We decided to upgrade our bathroom faucet, as well. We are thinking of having a couple more plumbing projects done and we would certainly use these plumbers!

A diy kitchen sink installation turned disastrous when my father broke off a pipe which resulted in us having to shut off the water throughout the entire house. I realized right away that we needed professional help ASAP. Within minutes of me looking for a plumber, Mike reached out to me with his availability and an estimated price. He was able to come out the next day ( which meant I only had to sleep elsewhere for one night) and within an hour or so, we had a new, leak proof, working sink. Mike even reached out to me the next day to follow up and make sure everything worked properly.

Worked with Mike a couple times now. He's fast to respond, on time, clear communication and workmanship is good. He replaced a huge pipe leaking below my bathroom last year and added a spigot outside for me recently. No follow up issues.
