Juan responded to my call about my water heater that stopped working. He came out the same morning and the water heater died. He installed this beautiful A.O. Smith ProLine Ultra-Low NOx Gas 40 gallon water heater the next morning. I love it. Heats the water up so fast now and is so much nicer looking than my old one.

Juan is an honest plumber that will give you his very best at reasonable prices.
He replaced my pipes after a break in lines running through a slab foundation.

We had a major plumbing issue last year, where a rat was trapped within our walls and kept chewing up our water lines, causing major leaks in our home. The first time I used Quality Pro Plumbing was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend... I had called 10 plumbers before coming across his number and no one would come out. Meanwhile, I had water all over my kitchen floor and was due to host a party within a few hours. Juan not only came out, he came within an hour. He made the fix within a half hour. He was nothing but kind and professional. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable.

He had to come out several more times until the rat was caught. I was at my wits end with the situation (six major water leaks within two weeks will do that to the most sane person) but knowing Juan would come out quickly and fix the leak immediately was probably the only thing keeping me from feeling completely distraught. It didn't matter what time of day (he even came at 9PM one night), Juan was there for us. I could feel the empathy he had for our situation; he even joked that he had a personal vendetta against the rat and couldn't wait until we caught it!

Quality Pro Plumbing is equally stellar in professionalism and customer service. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, Juan is the FIRST and ONLY person I'm trusting to fix it.
