Quality Plus Plumbing
Company Overview
Disposals,
Quality Plus began operations in March 2006 by Shibli. Yet the experience goes well beyond a handful of years. Our founder is working in the plumbing industry since the early '90s. His team professionals likewise possess extensive years to the table. All team members, such as his son, Ramez, maintain a strong sense of pride in the work they do and Quality Plus Plumbing. In line with the standard Shibli established when launching Quality Plus Plumbing, all employees strive to offer the best plumbing solutions for appreciated customers.
I opened my own business in the month of March 2006. For nearly two decades, I have been assisting customers with premium expert and courteous services, offering high-quality parts and installations at competitive prices.

Recommended Customer Reviews

Quality Plus Plumbing was referred to us by a neighbor and now we are a repeat customer. They are an honest business. Before initially hiring them I researched some of the highest ranking plumbers on yelp and then cross referenced their credentials on the state license website. I was dismayed by the number of plumbers listed on yelp with never having a license or operating with an expired license. My neighbor referred me to Quality Plus Plumbing, I found they had 5 star reviews on Yelp AND are state licensed. I was sold. They have come to my house twice, once to unclog our kitchen drain and again yesterday to replace our water heater. We are happy customers, their 5 star rating is deserved.

We have a sewer cleanout overflowing problem in our front yard. I called in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon. Work was done very fast with reasonable price. Very professional plumber. Will hire them next time if needed. Thanks.

Ramez was excellent and helped with a sinking solution where there were tricky dimensions. Now only that, he helped cap off a pipe and install a gas burner, which I wasn't aware that he could do originally! All in all it was very professional work at a competitive price.

I want to hire a plumber to install wall hung toilet for my bathroom. I have called many plumbing companies and found that Quality Plus plumbing is one of the very few plumbers in the Bay Area who knows how to install the in wall carrier system. Ramez is responsive to inquiries, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. His price is reasonable. He explained how he would install the system, pinpoints what needs to be done in framing which is right on. He knows his stuff. His humor is also a plus. Too bad I was not able to use his service due to his limited availability during the holidays when I wanted to get my bathroom done. But I would definitely use his service in my next project.

Just a holiday shout out to Ramez and his team for the incredible service in helping my mom with her plumbing this year. These guys are professional, helpful, and reliable. If you have any plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call!

Ramez was great! Efficient, polite, and professional. He responded immediately to my call and he solved my problem in very short time with confidence.
I appreciate when he called to share he was held up in traffic, would recommend him to family and friends and will use him again.
Thank you, Ramez!

This review is to thank my friend Jimmy who referred me to contact Quality Plus Plumbing and also to acknowledge Ramez who came and fixed my water heater at a fraction of the cost that two other places had quoted me.
I had just replaced my old water heater not even 2 years ago. A good water heater will last you 8-10 years. The two other plumbers fed me a bunch of BS about needing to order the ""parts"" and having to take out my water heater in order to flush out the water, etc. Ramez took a look at it and turns out one of the elements needed to be replaced. He came and flushed out the water by attaching a hose from the water heater to my bath tub (no need to ""physically remove it and bring it back""). Then he replaced the burned element and now it's working fine again.
My recommendation is always seek more than one opinion. I recommend Quality Plus Plumbing!!!

After doing a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet, I had Ramez back today to do another job for me - replace the toilet in the guest bathroom. Once again, great service and a really nice, dependable and honest guy. I recommend Quality Plus Plumbing 100%!

Quality Plus Plumbing is the best I've ever come across. They are knowledgable, competent and honest. They have done two jobs for me and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ramez from Quality Plus Plumbing is a very nice and friendly man. I had him come out twice in the last 6 months, primarily to fix the downstairs Kohler toilet that was flushing slowly and incompletely (and another Kohler upstairs, rarely-used, that wasn't quite flushing properly). He did replace a gasket on the rarely-used toilet on the first visit, which made the handle work better but didn't really fix the slow flushing, and he snaked the main toilet downstairs up to 6 feet, but that didn't really improve things with the flushing. The second time he came out, Ramez snaked the line all the way out to the street, although I did tell him again that I thought the problem was with the toilet itself, not the sewer line, since my Toto toilet upstairs that got used regularly was working fine and all my drains (sinks, shower) were draining just fine. The snaking didn't really help the primary problem with the Kohler's slow flushing either. Ramez did give me a small discount for the 2nd visit. But since I'd had Ramez out twice already to fix the slow-flushing toilet downstairs and it still wasn't fixed, I decided to call another plumber last week, who diagnosed and fixed the problem in a few minutes and didn't even charge me a full service fee. All this other plumber needed to do was adjust the water level in the tank by turning a knob on the flush valve. So problem solved! I did post an earlier review here a few days ago, complaining about paying for two visits by Quality Plus that still didn't solve the main problem with the toilet's slow and partial flushing. Ramez of Quality Plus saw the review and contacted me immediately, and was surprised that I'd posted a negative review without calling him out for a third visit to try to fix it. He did acknowledge that he may have misdiagnosed the problem--although he also said that my main line DID need to be snaked--and said that I should have called him to come out and try to fix the problem again. It did seem that we'd had some miscommunications. But in any case, he was eager to try to make things right, so he agreed to give me a refund for one of the two service calls he'd made. He did seem genuinely concerned about my not being a happy customer, and he wanted me to understand that he took any customer complaints seriously. I know that he does get very positive reviews here on Yelp (and on NextDoor), so clearly he is usually able to fix plumbing problems. I'm not sure why he wasn't able to fix my toilet problems. In any case, Ramez and I have had two long conversations about what happened during his two visits. Given his sincerity, honesty, and willingness to make things right, I'm updating and revising my review.
