Got our home gas line replaced after PG&E detected a leak by Shibli. I have to agree with the comment of the building inspector. ""Solid work"". We had another quote which was about $1000 less than what Shibli quoted but we felt Shibli is very trustworthy as the other plumber seemed to try ""Bait and switch"". His employees are very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.

I referred Quality Plus Plumbing to a neighbor, He had his water heater replaced with a tankless water heater, mounted outside. The name of this company epitomizes the work that is completed. They are absolutely the most responsive, professional, courteous and thorough with everything that they do to satisfy their customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I called a few plumbers to help repair a backed up toilet, and Shibli responded within a couple hours and gave me a convenient time window. He and his son Ramez came out for the repair, and actually it literally only took 5 minutes! While other companies would have charged me double for the one hour minimum, Shibli ended up giving me a very fair price (substantially less than the competitors) as the repair was so minor. They wore shoes covers, and we're polite. Nice guys, will use again!

Shibli and his team repipe my whole house and install a new water heater. They are fast, professional, and honest. They are licensed, and follow all the code strictly.

People always say that you should not pay your contractors until they finish their job. And somehow I paid in full at the time they complete the job but before the city inspection. It's not a problem at all, Shibli showed up punctually as he was always. Well... we have a very through inspection and I'm glad that Shibli was there. His work conforms to the code, and we got a pass at first inspection.

They will be my guy if I need any plumbing service.

Shibli and Ramez were fantastic. I had several plumbing projects that were due for repair and had them come fix them all at once. They came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate, scheduled a time to come back around my work schedule and did a high quality job. Both were very polite, courteous, easy to work with and took the time to point out issues that had been problems for a long time. They will always be the first i call for any future needs.

I have hired Shibli numerous times for home and business. The most recent time I had a backed up pipe. He cleared the blockage but it clogged up again two weeks later. He came back and said that the pipe was definitely blocked by tree roots and that the pipe from the street to the house had to be replaced. I had worked with him for years so for $3,000, I agreed to have it done. He came with a type of ""divining rod"" to locate the pipe, of which both his worker and I were a little skeptical. It was not accurate as the bulldozer proceeded to dig up my yard and some of the driveway looking for it. Eventually, the pipe was found and the replacement began. However, by the end of the day only half the pipe was replaced and Shibli said that was all he would do. I said the yard and driveway are ruined and I didn't want to have to go through this again as the root damage might be in the second section of the pipe. He said it took longer for him to find the pipe so it would cost me another $2,500 for him to come back the following day to finish the job. What choice did I have? All said and done, he finished the job, but after examining the replaced pipe, there was no root damage. Shame on me for trusting him without getting other quotes or drawing up a contract.

This is actually my very first review on Yelp. And I am doing this for this Shibli. I had a problem with my kitchen sink pull out faucet. We set up an appointment for 4 PM. And he set the expectation when he had to come a few minutes late. He has a super positive attitude and is very clean in his approach to the solution. He does not just fix the symptom. He goes in for the root cause.

And the best part, I had to call him the next day coz I had accidentally shut off my water heater and I did not know how to turn it back on. And he stopped by and helped me turn on and even though on the phone he quoted me a price for that job, he said ""Its on the house, my friend!"". I insisted and gave him a tip.

Absolute professional and good to work with. Six Stars!

1st visit: Excellent service but problem not fully fixed.
2nd visit: Service lacking but issue fixed.
Overall: 3-stars.

1st visit: Kitchen sink drain came lose. Shibli came out. Positive attitude. Unfortunately, he only patched the problem, by re-screwing the drain pipe in. He didn't fix the problem. Exact same joint came lose again 3 weeks later.

2nd visit, service was lacking but original issue was fixed.

I contacted many plumbers for a repair in a rental unit, and Shibli, the owner of Quality Plus Plaumbing had the best solution to fix a valve that would not require breaking existing tiles, placing an ugly huge plate, or remodeling.

We had a nightmare left in our house a few days ago by another plumber sent to us by our warranty company. This plumber made a plumbing leak worse, left us with unusable shower, then the warranty company refused to cover the additional damages.

My husband called Shibli who stopped by a few hours later on the same day, and provided a temporary solution so that we could use the shower. He then scheduled a time a few days later to fix it with one of his employees.

The owner and staff are very professional, polite, and offer solutions that make sense. Shibli, the owner will try his best to make his customers happy.
