Quality Plus Plumbing has come to our rescue many times. I've always had a great experience. Today Tyler came to our house on the same day that I called. He was very friendly and helped us realize we only had a minor issue after all. He was very helpful, clean, and even friendly to my curious son. Thanks Quality Plus Plumbing for all of the hard work you have done for us over the years.

On Monday evening we realized our 2 toilets, shower and bathtub were clogged and the water was coming back up, gross... We couldn't use bathrooms... So first thing on Tuesday morning I called Quality Plus Plumbing and talked to Ramez who told me he could come over around 2-3pm.
He called me a bit later to let me know he could come earlier, even better and around 12:30pm he was there! After showing him the problem, he checked if we had a clean out. Unfortunately not ( our house was built in the 50's so it's common that old houses don't have one). Going through the vent on the roof was $325 instead of $170 by the clean out. Ramez said they would try to go through the toilet pipe and did it for $200. We also had to change the wax gasket for $125. (the main leak was coming from it).
Ramez and his colleague were efficient, fast and professional.
As of the leak, it's been taken care of. We have a 2-week warranty in case it needs to be fixed again. Overall I'm happy with their service and we'll call them again.

I needed to swap out the guts of a toilet that I had received replacement parts for as part of a manufacturer's recall. I called Quality Plus, and Ramez said he could come right over. He arrived in under 15 minutes, and after seeing what the job was, he notified me he would charge a standard minimum rate, which I agreed to. He quickly handled the job, including replacing the supply line to prevent future leaks. He and his partner were very careful not to damage anything, and they did not leave a mess. I also asked for and received some good advice about my water heater and a possible water softener installation. My neighborhood in Santa Clara has very hard water, and the newer water softener technology attracted me - it doesn't waste a lot of water like the old salt-based solutions. I will definitely use Quality Plus if I decide to install a water softener.

Ramez was very gracious when our main water line that runs from city valve to the house had a major leak and blockages from tree roots. Ramez arrived immediately and connected us with Trenchfree for an elegant solution with minimal disruption to my front yard. Trenchfree were reasonably priced and Ramez did not ask for any fee for himself (whereas another plumber quoted me with $7,500 repair costs!!!). Ramez even came by the house to watch the work and helped me understand the details of the work performed.
I will most definitely call him for my next plumbing project!

Ramez is fantastic!! We have used him a couple of times - he's responsive, speedy, and honest. We had a few plumbing issues including needing our entire house shut off valve replaced, and work on a Grohe faucet - we received the runaround from several other plumbers including quotes for outlandish prices, several
Days between callbacks, some refused to repair Grohe or insisted that we needed to knock holes in our walls in order to do the repairs. Working with Quality Plus was like night and day - we are so glad to have found them, and will use for all our future plumbing needs!! He was totally honest about what we did and didn't need, and got the work done quickly at a totally reasonable price.

I called Quality Plus Plumbing inquiring about getting two toilets fixed. They returned my phone call within an hour. When I called back, we were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The gentleman came on time, took a look at the problem, and gave a good quote. He got to work and fixed everything in just about an hour. Left everything nice and clean. I'd definitely be calling Quality Plus Plumbing again.

My new go-to plumber is Ramez at Quality Plus Plumbing. I needed a bathroom sink snaked (so I thought), and I needed my outdoor spigot fixed as it would spew water when I tried to connect a new garden hose. Admittedly, I first called San Jose Drain & Main (SJDM) as they had more reviews and 5stars, however, SJDM gave me a ridiculous bid and quoted $125 to snake a the sink and said it would be a separate charge to look at the outdoor spigot. I hung up and called Quality Plus - who had the same charge $125 but said it would include both issues. Best yet, Ramez was able to respond and come out same day. Fixed my bathroom sink issue (didn't even need to be snaked) AND replaced my outdoor pipe and spigot. Both for $125! Awesome!!! Coincidentally, he new my previous go-to plumber, Steve, from Alfred's plumbing who was unavailable. What a great experience.
