Just had Robert at our house to fix a slow sink drain. He took one look at the sloppy work the past plumber had done and said he would be able to fix the problem. I was a little skeptical as the last plumbing experience I had was not good. Robert was professional and explained the issues and what he was going to do to fix it and how much it would cost. Found Quality Plus on Yelp. After I replaced washer and dryer, the water supply valves behind w/d started to leak. At a time when all good plumbers were busy for weeks, Shibli agreed to come next morning. He was on time, quick to diagnose and sincere in working to fix the problem. After he fixed the w/d valves, I showed him a few other minor plumbing issues that I was having and he fixed all of them for a very reasonable price. He is the first one in my list of plumbers (I have a list, as plumbers are busy and never available when you need them :))next time I need one now.

Fantastic group of guys! Always clean and on time! Been using them for about 3 years now and always do the job efficiently. The first job, I had a horrible annoying drip come from the bathroom sink in my room and couldn't sleep because of the noise that made its way through the night. Gave them a call and that same day they came, they saw, they conquered.

Update they are trying to make a wrong right will update more when they are done.
Update they came out today and fixed my plumbing problem and checked under the house. So I must say they did a great job and would recommend them. They worked with me to get this done and thank you for taking the time. Slow start great finish!!!

Because of good reviews on Yelp I called them when there was a partial water leak with bath tub faucet/shower head. Ramez evaluated the problem and we ended up with replacing it with a new one. When I tested out, it worked so smoothly. He just did the work very quickly and perfectly. While he was working, I asked several other questions such as water temp, water damage, kitchen faucet, and etc. He game me valuable professional advice/solutions without extra charge. Thank you!

My water heater was not working last two days, I called quality plus plumbing and Ramez and team came over immediately with in an hour to check it. They are very genuine and professional. Even, they called the water heater manufacturer to check the warranty. Manufacturer agreed to send the new part and they were able to fix the water heater on the same day. It was a huge relief for me. Finally I had to pay only labor charge to quality plus plumbing.

I would definitely call them again if I wanted any help. They are very good and they know what they are doing.

These guys are smart, thorough and great! They came by on a short notice and were able to take what could of been a $1,000.00 job into a $300.00 job. They turned my 100 year old claw foot tub into a working shower/tub. And if things couldn't get any better on their way out they reversed my 2nd bathrooms hot cold shower faucet to it's correct temperature direction for no charge. Blown away by the service.
