Quality Plumbing literally saved the day. My husband and I have one bathroom and were dealing with a blocked toilet. Compound this with the fact that my husband was having surgery the next day. Our plumber was booked and referred us to QP. They were able to
get us on their schedule and called when a plumber was on the way as promised. Nick not only fixed our issue quickly, he was just a delight. Professional, enthusiastic and hilarious. Thank you Quality Plumbing!
Nothing but great things to say about Quality Plumbing. From the first phone call contact, on a Saturday with a broken pipe, to the completed project, I was handled to top care. Avery called me and let me know he could be here in a hour. He showed up right on time and went right to work. The job was completed professionally to say the least. Avery actually left me his cell number so I could call him if there were any issue. Again, just above and beyond.
Thanks to the Quality team!
Quality Plumbing is a great plumbing company! I would highly recommend them because they are very professional and trustworthy! I had a pretty complicated situation after another company was unable to fix a problem of tree roots in the main pipes.
Ok, Nick from Quality came and masterfully snaked the pipe with a chain saw snake for almost 2 hours and cleared all the way out to the alley! I paid a minimal price, got honest recommendations and actual video! The other company wanted to dig my yard up and replace pipes to get rid of roots !: for 6K !:
I have used Quality Plumbing many times over the years, for various jobs and they always do the best Quality work every time!
Thank you for a wonderful job!! :)
They charge 250 dollars for the first hour. That's significantly higher than 175 dollars from Simple Plumber. If you can, try Simple Plumber first. But that's not the reason for this one star review.
The plumper found that a screw was loose, and tightened it. The faucet was then fixed. It was done in under 2 minutes. However, we still got charged 250 dollars plus 25.25 dollars of tax. Sure, this was what we had agreed on, but that's not my experience with how companies typically take care of their customers. Not even a 1% discount?
Plumbing Tip: if your single handle faucet leaks at the base, check if the screw at the hose is tightened. That's where we spent 275.25 on today. I hope no one else has to spend this much money for such an unpleasant experience.
Olivia F.Quality Plumbing, we appreciate you.
Nick fixed problems with our loo.
He came, he saw, and was equipped.
The pipe was cleared with a chainsaw whip.
When our pipe was clogged - we were stuck.
We couldn't flush - what the $#%&!?
Then, the clogged-up toilet came and went.
Thank you, Nick. You're worth every cent.
We highly recommend quality plumbing...especially if you are in NW Seattle. We were able to get an appointment quick and they sent out a plumbing veteran which we needed for our old 1940-something house. Some of our plumbing was new and some still old...which can be a challenge for some guys out there. Our guy, Nick, had obviously seen it all. He was in and out quickly and very respectful of our space. If you can, I'd ask for him by name. You won't be disappointed. 10 stars, hands down.
Quality Plumbing is excellent! We would give them 10 stars if possible. We had a wall leak in our home, they fit us in the same morning, solved the problem, very clean, super fair price, nice and knowledgeable tech. This was a leak from an upstairs bath to a lower one.
Got a few estimates but Quality Plumbing was the one we felt no hard sell and were given options for the re-piping we needed. Shout out to Jeff, Josh and Paul who were awesome and hard working to boot!
Jeff was really good at answering our questions and letting us know what was going on along the way. That was really important to us.
The result is water pressure we'd not seen in years...I have to stop wasting water just to see that it's really, really so much better!!
Great experience and will be sure to recommend and call again for our plumbing needs.
Quality Plumbing it is not. One star is too generous. This plumbing company was referred to my wife's 96 year old aunt by Home Owner's Club. Apparently they work together to fleece the elderly. They came in to re-pipe the house as her galvanized pipes were plugged. What they did after a week was leave her with a house not completely plumbed. They anchored the supply pipe on the outside of the walls and ceilings. They abandoned plumbing to a shower and sink. Charged about $7000 for this. I wouldn't think what they did would pass inspection but I'm sure they didn't get an inspection. I would not have ever imagined someone running water supply lines on the outside of finished walls.
Just a few pics showing the lack of professionalism of this companies work. It only took them a week and $7000 to do this abomination! I wonder what it will cost to fix it. Three months after the job was done my wife's aunt passed away and this was left for the new owners of the house to deal with.
So if you like your plumbing supply lines on the outside of the walls and ceilings so that you know where they are then Quality Plumbing is the company for you. Otherwise I say go somewhere else.
Jenny C.We had a toilet leak and a friend referred us to Quality Plumbing. The people who answer phone lines are all super friendly and helpful. The plumber, Aron, was professional, efficient and taught us how we could change out our wax seal and install our toilet next time! Fair prices and excellent service. Would highly recommend
Quality plumbing has been stellar in the past, but not yesterday, when they sent a plumber over to address a clogged underground downspout drain. Two hours and $500 later, I was told they could not resolve the problem, and that I should contact a company that specializes in drainage issues. Um, ok. I guess the following page on their website misled me:
https://qualityplumbing.cc/sewer-and-drain-cleaning/
I understand that sometimes certain issues cannot be resolved. The source of my complaint, however, is about the sloppy job the plumber, who was otherwise friendly and professional, did at reattaching the downspout to the house. He lost the screw that he removed from one of the downspout braces, and instead of replacing it, he just borrowed another screw from the side of the downspout (see photos). So now, water leaks from the side of the downspout as well as overflowing from the clogged drain that couldn't be fixed. Thanks, Quality Plumbing, for making the problem worse at $200/hr.
UPDATE: I used a $20 tool called a drain bladder to clear the clog. Estimates from so-called ""specialists"" to address this issue ranged from $1200 to $7500.
