This company came to my establishment to give us an estimate without fixing anything. They came in opened up some piping and told us it would cost $1200 to fix it and took $400 deposit from us. Told us if we want them to do the job it would be deducted from the $1200 and if not they would offer back a $200 refund and they'll keep the other half. After we decided not to go with them, James has been claiming he's "sent" the $200 check in the mail but we never received it. I've called him numerous times and he lead us on to believe he was going to have one of his plumbers hand deliver the check to us as they were doing some other work in town. No one ever came. I've attempted to call him numerous times and as soon as he hears my voice he hangs up on me. I've also left messages and now I'm here writing this feedback in hopes that anyone who calls Quality Plumbing in Pittsburg, TX

After they left, we discovered that our floor was filthy and wet all over. We had to clean the mess they left. DO NOT CALL THEM! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY CANNOT DO THE JOB! THEY LIE LIKE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

This Plumbing Service was terrible at best, and I'm stating this as mildly as possible. They charged our church $1,200 for a job they really never completed. The toilets are still stopped up and the Cosmetic damage would have to be repaired again... I do not recommend this Plumbing Service to anyone.
