I recently bought a new to me house in East Chula Vista. With that, I had plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. I researched several plumbing companies and ultimately decided on Quality Plumbing Services. They sent service tech, Alvaro to my home. He was friendly, professional, on time and most importantly he was honest. Alvaro changed my kitchen sink and inspected/changed ALL the plumbing fittings in each bathroom. This is a good plumbing company that truly puts the customer best interest first. Overall, my experience with Quality Plumbing Services exceeded my expectations and their prices are fair. Emma & her team are simply AMAZING! They came to the rescue when we had a leak under the sink that popped up last weekend! When we purchased the home, the inspector called out the leak and we had ASI look at it since they installed the water heater. They ""supposedly"" fixed it which now we know they didn't.

When the leak began again, we thought maybe it was the garbage disposal but we were wrong. This time, we called Qualify Plumbing who came highly referred by a few close friends!! We are so glad we did! Kyle was our plummer & he came by and he figured out there was a clog coming from the washing machine that was causing the leak to the kitchen sink. He spent a few hours there and fixed the issue and no more leak since.

What I thought would be a simple DIY kitchen faucet replacement turned out to need corroded angle stops replaced under the sink so I called on Quality Plumbing Systems to do the job. Enrique was on time, cordial and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the new valves exposed another leak downstream at my old dishwasher and water began seeping under my kitchen island after QPS had left. I immediately called QPS and Emma sent Enrique back within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak. Everything's now repaired and flowing properly. Thanks to Emma and her team! The team at Quality Plumbing Systems did an excellent job on the plumbing project at my house. We had old lines from the 1950's abandoned and replaced them with all new. When Charles came for the estimate he greeted us with smile followed by a facemask. The job turnaround time was VERY FAST! He brought a team of plumbers and in just a few days we had water running through fresh new lines! Anytime we came across an issue he offered options for fixes. We decided on a couple of upgrades and he had every detail covered. The result is a fresh waterlines that won't need to be touched for the rest of my lifetime.
