DO NOT USE this company!!! They don't even deserve 1 star, but 0 stars was not an option! They were sent to my house by my home warranty company, I am now going on 2 weeks without hot water! They have supposedly ordered the part 3 times, but still haven't recieved it. However, on 2 occasions they told me they had the part and scheduled an appt, but never showed up after I waited most of the day, not even a call to tell me they weren't coming, until AFTER the scheduled 4 hour window that i sat around waiting!! They are HORRIBLE to say the least and still have not fixed my hot water heater!!!

The technician was so late for the appointment. Quality Plumbing is only prepared to do the most basic of work. They don't have buckets, towels or cleaning supplies - they expected me to provide all of these items. Complained the entire time about his back and took personal calls on his cell phone. When his time to go on to the next appointment came up, he gave up on the repair - said he didn't have the equipment needed to complete the job. To add insult to injury, he reported back to my home warranty company that I had caused the issue, voiding my coverage for this item. TERRIBLE company - I would recommend you AVOID at all costs.

Assigned through my home warranty company, books their appointment a week out. We waited a week with. No toilet. Gave me an window time to come. The technician was late AND he did not call to say so. Finally shows up about 1:30 and said they are not going to repair my issue , to pictures and left. What a waste.

OMG, this was the most unprofessional plumber I've ever done business with. I don't know where to begin. First, scheduling the service was a pain. The service was performed in Jacksonville, FL to fix a slab leak, and it took more than a month to get them to come out. Unfortunately, firing them wasn't an option because we were going through our home warranty. When they finally did come out, they charged an extra $100 to remove a closet door and part of the door frame so they could get to the leak. Evidently, that $100 didn't include re-installation of the door frame or the door, because they lift them sitting in the middle of the living room with the nails sticking up. When I called about this, they said they or a scheduler would get in touch with me to resolve the issue. Nobody ever called back, so I had to call them again weeks later, only to find out they wouldn't be sending anyone out to fix it. They dumped their garbage (the gravel from cutting into the slab) in our front yard by a fence instead of disposing of it properly, and they didn't clean up after themselves inside either. The area in which they worked was left very dirty when they were done and gone. Do yourself a favor and find a professional to do your plumbing work, because these people are hacks.

Tech replaced my garbage disposal took less than an hour ...works great! It was a great experience overall...thanks!!

Came to this company through my landlord's home warranty. Terrible work. Terrible customer service.

The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in 68 years!! Very unprofessional and extremely rude!! Brooke and Brian are a sad excuse of management! Beware beware beware!!!! I would never allow this company in my home again! I am stunned at their disrespect and unprofessionalism!! I would definitely say the worst company out there!!

This company made me feel as if I could have fixed this problem myself. Technicians are here now, two days later, after getting their snake stuck down my kitchen drain to stop it from backing up. They called a septic company to come and open the lid just to find that it wasn't where their snake was stuck. They eventually cut their snake cable ( which they should have done in the first place) Sucks for them...they are out a snake...and i doubt my kitchen drain is actually going to function properly after all of this. Came to them through my home warranty, seems just like everyone else had the same problem. Never offered me paperwork to sign upon arrival. Told me that not having the snake was """"putting a damper on their plans"""". NEVER use this company. I've never been so humiliated and pissed off in my entire life. Used my bathroom with the door open while I was alone in the house, and made complete fools of themselves. please, I beg you, don't let this company do anything in your home!

their service quality must depend on who the contractor is, and where they work out of. JAY, out of jacksonville, called first & showed up on time. he also came prepared with necessary parts & equipment, JAY was extremely efficient, pleasant, & qualified!!! THANK GOD I DIDN'T GET ANYONE FROM CENTRAL FL!!!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!- Whatever city you may be in! I was assigned a tech named """"Joshua Schagene"""" from their """"Orlando"""" main office. (Keep in mind, I live in PENSACOLA, FL!)- """"Joshua"""" had been here on a previous occasion and did a poor job of clearing a toilet about 6 months ago. This time he was to fix several leaking valves, 2 pipes and possibly replace the toilet he did ever clear well. Joshua shows up in a filthy uniform / and shirt and begins to assess the issues. He tells me unless it's a quick fix he will not make any money from his """"Orlando"""" based employer and gets paid the same for any job he services for First American Home Warranty. He begins by trying to remove 2 of the broken valves with a pair of pliers and bends the seal on the one on the vanity sink. Says he'll have to order parts for the one on the Jacuzzi/ Tub. (Seems odd to me because all of these valves are a very common """"Delta"""" brand of which he or any """"reputable plumber"""" should have on his truck or be able to have the same hour from a local plumbing suppler, such as Winn Supply or even Home Depot. I show him the leaking faucet (with spray wand) in the kitchen sink. He puts his hand hard on he -jams it back forces it to a point where it stopped dripping for half a second and then tells me there is nothing wrong with it, and 1st American will not cover it. I tell him that's a bunch of BS! Though a minor repair the valve seal clearly needs to be replaced at which point he looks at it again and decides that it too is a Delta unit. He then goes on to tell me since these are all Delta faucets -that the parts are covered under Delta's """"lifetime warranty"""" and that I will have to call them to get all the parts FIRST before he could fix them as he told me that that is the only way 1st American will cover it, - NOT TRUE! (a) The Delta Lifetime Parts Warranty only covers the original purchaser / homeowner. These faucets were in the home when we purchased it 4 yrs earlier so I am not covered by it. He encouraged me to lie to them, use the previous homeowners name and go through their online fulfillment process. I tell him that is BS and that I have the """"Premium"""" -Add-On feature on my 1st American Home Warranty and that there should be NO problem with him being allowed to order and install ANY parts or replacements he needs to complete the affected items. I then show him the 2 leaking grease-S trap pipes under each sink (that probably just need adjusting and tightening). Keep in mind, at this point I have removed all the stuff under the sink so he could easily make the repair (and kept them from getting soaked from the slow leaking pipes) He decides to """"get back to it later"""" and I show him the final issue, which is the toilet of which he had tried to clear 6 months or so earlier. I explain to him that """"snaking"""" sewer line below the toilet this time will NOT fix it correctly, like he tried before. I show him that it is not flushing correctly and he tells me that if a single piece of toilet will flush to the point where it cannot be seen (past the inside poop shoot), he says 1st American will not pay him to fix or replace it. He does however, agree with me that the toilet is probably jammed internally after years of service and should be replaced. He offers to do a """"side deal"""" with him directly I tell him that that too is BS! After e has looked at the scope of work he goes out to make a call to his boss (or 1st American) to get authorization. He comes back in and says he'll order parts for the tub faucet and be back later that day to do the item he can until he has the other parts. I'm kind of pissed at this point as I had planned the day off to be home so he can do the work and be done! He never shows back up. I call his cell and he tells me that 1st American has denied the claim saying all the item were """"purposely damaged by me and not normal wear and tear or breakage"""". He says hell talk to his boss and get back to me. He never does. I text his cell several times trying to see whats up. I finally call him some time later and he tells me that his boss wrote the report to 1st American and that I will just have to get a second opinion and hire my own plumber to contest it. He gives me the name of one of 6 of his bosses that can make a decision to correct the report. (Brian Ross in Orlando). Keep in mind, the boss is filling out and sending a report to 1st American and he NEVER saw the problems himself as he is 450 miles away from Pensacola! In the mean time I contact 1st American Home warranty. I explain to them what happened and that they should CHECK THE YELP REVIEWS on these people! I send photos of the issues and the resolutions team member """"Andy"""" was very helpful. They agree to send another plumber. (One who is LOCAL) I LIKE First American and know they will come through and consider eliminating this service provider based on all the bad reviews they seem to have on the web. STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY PLUMBING SOLUTIONS!
