William (owner) and his staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had a water supply line burst leading to the house from the main and William promptly came to assess and provide a quote to fix the following day. William and his staff arrived at my house early in the morning to fix the issue. They were very meticulous about the work and tested quite thoroughly before leaving. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service and quality of workmanship.

Was in need of a plumber desperately. Fired a previous plumber in the middle of a job, contacted another, & the response was extremely delayed, so I called these guys.
They came out within 30 minutes of the call, & had it fixed within 2 hours. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. A little pricey, but in my experience you get what you pay for and I am extremely satisfied.

Quality Plumbing and William have been a god send to solve multiple plumbing problems for us. They were able to locate and fix main water line leaks underground that another name company could not even find and gave up on, despite seeing water running in our street gutter during the drought. They worked hard into the late hours willingly. They have fixed a main house shut off valve and today a shower problem where the water would not shut off, forcing us to turn off the water for the whole house. William got someone to our house within two hours of an early morning call to them. After their stellar performance on the main water line leak, we told William that they were now our go to plumber and they still are!

Alex and Louis replaced our sewer line with the new line, which they installed a trenchless way, well over 150 ft. Even though the weather was not cooperating as it rained for the most part, they both worked hard into late hours to ensure that we have a working sewer line by the end of the day. They were very pleasant, professional and did a great job!

We have a restaurant in Concord and had 2 dish-area floor drains clogged. Called 15 commercial plumbers, no one could come out the same day. Then we called Quality Plumbing & Rooter. They came in about an hour and quoted me a price over the phone. The plumber, Orlin, was here within an hour, snaked both drains and had us up and running within an hour. Thank you Orlin, you saved the day. I will use these guys for all our plumbing issues & highly recommend them.

These guys came out to relight my pilot light on my water heater and to fix some pipes that were banging. He repaired a line to the water heater, and it worked; he was able to relight the pilot. But when we had to shut it down about one month later to add an earthquake shutoff valve to the system, when the other plumber tried to relight, the pilot would not relight again. And less than a few weeks after he ""fixed"" the banging, it started up again. Waste of $180.
