1/19/23, I had extremely HOT WATER issues with my kitchen faucet and I began searching for a local licensed Plumber. After making 5 calls to different Plumbers yesterday, the fastest phone response to return my call came from Plumber, William C.
of Quality Plumbing & Rooter.

He was more than happy to listen and schedule the appointment with me the very NEXT DAY! That's Good Customer Service!!!!

He is a Plumber Specialist who had diagnosed, assessed and resolved my Hot Water issue in minimal time.

He is a Professional at his craft, honest and fair. I would definitely hire him again for all of my future plumbing needs. He is NOW my go-to-Plumber!

I woke up the other morning to the realization that my sump pump malfunctioned, resulting in my cellar flooding. Luis and his team were over within an hour of me calling. Because of the recent storm, nobody had any new stock of sump pumps. His team scoured every supplier until they found one of the last heavy duty units in the Bay area. I can say with certainty that not many companies would put in the same effort to help a customer with such a small job out. The pump was installed quickly and professionally and I finally have piece of mind again that I won't wake up to a flooded cellar.

Called them this morning because of a backed up sewer after trying to have two other companies I have used before either not be working today or were too busy to help. Quality was out if less than the 45 minutes they told me and did a great job of snaking the drain and then did more to clean out the roots. I will absolutely use them again if needed.

Horrible! William is very rude. He doesn't answer the questions, instead, just kept saying he can fix it. He doesn't seem he cares about his business and his potential customers. I can't trust he can do a decent job if he doesn't even talk to people nicely. There are so many good quality plumbers out there, so I chose to pass him.

Everything you could want pretty much. Picks up the phone and will make it a priority to schedule you that day which is what you want & need on the day you have a serious plumbing issue which is what we had (pipe burst). William was very reasonable in his pricing and cleaned up after he was done. He could have easily tried to charge more. Highly recommend.
