Rite Way quoted $2300+ to replace a 40 gallon gas water heater. Aaron said it would be $1100. Arrived right on time to provide the estimate and right on time to do the job. We have a small space for the unit, and he got the right product for the job. He's our plumber now. Highly recommend.

I had had another plumber out here twice to fix an issue with my shower, and it still wasn't right. Aaron fixed the issue, and at a fraction of the cost compared to the last plumber. Super nice guy, polite, honest, professional, a great plumber, and very reasonable and fair prices. He went all the way over to Home Depot from Rita Ranch to get a part and didn't charge me for his time OR mark up the price of the part. I would absolutely call him again and highly recommend him.

They did no test, but suggested what they thought was the problem and did nothing to fix it. So next comes Aaron with quality plumbing pros! This was my second job for Aaron. I had a defective Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Additionally, I wanted my two water heaters flushed and drained. Aaron picked up the PRV, replaced it and adjusted it flawlessly. Something I very much appreciate is that he overlapped draining and flushing the water heaters while working on the PRV. I am totally satisfied with his work ! He is also very courteous and a very friendly person. I highly recommend him and Quality Plumbing Pros !

Aaron did a fantastic job overcoming a difficult challenge installing our kitchen sink and disposal. He used a novel approach and his necessary cuts into the back of our new cabinets and the drywall were very clean. His finished work was excellent! Aaron is personable and seemed to enjoy the challenge. He was also reasonably priced. One more important consideration, Aaron responded to our request promptly and even made time for us on a Saturday to provide us his estimate. Had our job completed soon after.

Actually answered the phone when I called. Gave a prompt estimate and time frame. Price was a bit high compared to others, but for the response time (on a weekend, on the very next day). Owner called, Aaron when he said he would and showed up on time. Job was done quickly, courteously and appears (to a layman) to be superior quality work than what the builder's installed. Overall a great experience, and which is a rare thing when dealing with many contractors.
