I had an urgent issue on a Saturday night with a small leak in an outside faucet that became a geyser, and I had to shut off water to the house. Rick called me back promptly in the early morning, came to the house, and had the leak fixed within the hour, by noon, on Sunday. The price was VERY reasonable, especially for a weekend, service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with this company.

Before buying one of those outdoor/solar showers that simply connects to the outdoor hose bibb, we decided to call a plumber to get an idea of having the setup professionally done with hot/cold coming from inside the house. Got a few names from our neighborhood NextDoor page & didn't call anyone else after having Quality Plumbing come out. Very reasonable estimate for the work (we're now using the outdoor shower 75% of the time!) and the guys doing the install were top notch. When they realized the nozzle connections on the shower weren't 100% perfect, they got the piping all done & said they'd be back after a new shower was in...I think the words used were...""""I could make it work and 99% sure it would be fine, but if this was my house I'd want to be sure it's 100% - so if you don't mind waiting a few more days, I'd rather just have the supplier send a new shower"""". We will use them again in the future, for sure.

We needed all new plumbing from house to road a year ago and these guys did a GREAT job! A week ago my old toilette gave me a hard time and one of the same guys came out and remembered the job from a year ago (really nice guy) and he did what it took to get the old betsy going. I didn't have to buy a new one its working great! Had a nice conversation while he was at it! Thank you Quality Plumbing!

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. Had an appointment arranged for today from 2-4 for dryer vent/tube cleaning which my landlord had called and asked them about multiple times and I had called to make the appointment and even gave the woman more info on the dryer tubing. Wait around from 2-3:30 today (on my birthday and only afternoon off ever) to get a call from this woman saying """"I'm sorry I just realized we don't service dryer vents"""". Excuse me? This thought JUST came to you after we have been in contact multiple times over the past 2 weeks. And you are going to have this epiphany 30 minutes before the end of the service window that I'm waiting for them to arrive? What a complete joke of a business. Someone is doing something way wrong here. If you want incompetent people to talk to and arrange appointments with and wait around for - call them!

Quality Plumbing took great care of us this week, after another plumber didn't show up for an appointment. Dave was polite, answered all of my questions, worked fast, and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciated all of that. And the price ended up being less than I expected. We'll be regular customers now!

We used Quality Plumbing to totally replumb and repipe our house. Bruce Brown and Alex came out and spent 4 days on the job. They were very courteous and polite. They worked incredibly clean and their work was immaculate. They minimized the downtime in our house. The price was fair and we are happy with the work done.

Called Quality Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate on some work I needed done on my home. The lady on the phone set up a Monday 12-2pm. window in which they would show up. They never showed up or called so at 2:30pm I called backed and the lady on the phone didn't seem to care. Her response was """"Do you want to set up another appointment this week or next week."""" Couldn't believe I was hearing this from her. Never I'm sorry or let me see what happened! Never again!
