I don't know what happened to Quality Plumbing. We always relied on them and were an established customer. This time I was told briskly they had no one to send out for an emergency repair. I would use the term """"rude"""" So much for 24/7. That is the last time I will be using Quality Plumbing. Not because of the lack of staff but because of the way they talked to me and offered no assistance. I called another company and they provided same day service.

I have never in my entire life been so disgusted in the """"quality"""" of Quality Plumbing. I had an emergency on a Sunday and we all know a plumbers costs double on the weekend and for emergencies. I was willing to pay because it my home. First, place the call, then get a call from a guy with Quality Plumbing coming from Ocala and trying his best over the phone to get me to cancel. Well.. with water spewing out of my washer pipe that was a hard """"no"""". Second, when he gets here he is already trying to negotiate with me on the time it is going to take. Honestly WTF, does it matter?? My home, my money. Third, he tells me, """"I have one part to fix the job but do you want the other one fixed to?"""", cause now all of a sudden he has time. I reply """"yes, fix both so I don't have another issue."""" He then tells me, """"why don't you let me come back on my own time so it doesn't cost you so much."""" I feel like this was my flag waiving WARNING WARNING WARNING. Now he is trying to undercut his employer and still is doing a shitty job. Once he plugs one pipe (not fixing it but plugging it) he leaves. He never came back. I do have his cell number still, so I kept trying to get him to come back out and he gave me every excuse under that sun. He even gave ME the option of him bringing his daughter with him so he could finish the job. IDK what that was all about but that is a huge liability and also a hard """"No!"""". Daniel from Quality Plumbing totally screwed me over. I wound up 3 weeks without a washing machine before having to call Premier Plumbing, whom I do totally recommend. They came out right away, took photos of Quality Plumbing screw up and wrote me a receipt expressing Quality Plumbing's screw up. Said it was one of the worst jobs they ever did and since I ALREADY PAID $200 to Quality Plumbing, Premier Plumbing did not charge me for anything but parts. I would never EVER use Quality Plumbing ever. Not the one in Gainesville, FL., that's for sure.

As a family that has been in need of quality workmanship for a recent move,we contacted this company not ever using them because we never needed anyone.Well we had some plumbing projects that we needed done.Called them very responsive,and once the appt was scheduled they were on time,the gentleman did there work efficiency,quality and very eye appealing.If I asked while here if they could bam yes they could.End results I called them for another project a month later to install gas lines for a dryer and gas stove we are replacing all electric appliances.Great job can't see anything and while they were finishing up I asked them if they did hot water heaters because ours keeps going out find out it's 30 years old They not only took care of it the same day,they were more competitive than any of our local big box stores.If you haven't called these folks on jobs you need completed,efficiently with excellent workmanship then you just haven't read my review.

Some people have had success with Quality Plumbing but not me. I was having trouble with the kitchen sink. It was draining so slow that I thought it was going to stop. Trying to find a plumber I located Quality Plumbing, called them and set up an appointment. The first time the guy came he fixed the part that went from the pipe to the wall and said that should do the trick. Nope. Called them back and he came again this time to go through the line. He didn't go far enough to fix the problem. I called another company and the guy figured out the problem within 5 minutes and fixed the sink.

They installed my new dishwasher from Lowes and damaged my new countertop. Then they proceeded to lie and say it was already like that so I wasnt able to be reimbursed for the damage they caused. Their plumbers are dishonest and wont own up to when they make mistakes. This is the 2nd review Ive had to post because they somehow had the first one taken off their site.

Don't use them!! I used them in the past and they were great! Not sure what happened??! I had them out for a leak, they busted a pipe drilling charged me for the repair, then the other side of my house started backing up with water, the on- call person said to call the office the next day for an appointment the service personnel are not friendly AT ALL, she said they would need to start over and this was not covered from the warranty on Friday; I have more water now in my house than I had when I started with them! I told her to cancel my request I will find someone else. This was a waste of $339!

Quality Plumbing came through big-time when I had an emergency. A hot & cold water cartridge broke in our master bath shower. I tried to replace the cartridge myself, but it was badly stuck, and I couldn't get it out. Now, if that cartridge can't be removed & replaced, the whole house is without water for the weekend. Naturally, this didn't sit well with my wife and daughter. So I called Quality Plumbing Friday evening and left a message with the answering service. Received a call back the following morning (Sat) at 8am from Dave at Quality Plumbing. I described the problem, and Dave said he could take care of it. Being a weekend, he explained the overtime charge, which was fine with me. To make a long story short, Dave got to our home, replaced the cartridge, and our water was restored at 11am. Dave was professional, courteous, and proficient. Besides, he is an excellent baseball athlete. I can't say enough good things about Quality Plumbing and the excellent service that Dave brought to our home!

I always call On Quality Plumbing for fast, professional and reliable servuce. Today my kitchen sink was stopped up and I neededFrom my first contact with the dispatcher (which) was pleasant to my service from the plumber (Brian), I was treated with great courtesy and respect. Not only was Brian successfu in fixing my sink, he explained his work while he was doing it so that I could be made aware of the problem, the issues that caused it, and how to prevent it from happening again. Moreover, Brian showed up right on time (with mask and gloves on in this pandemic), and took less than one hour to get my sink running perfectly. Thanks Brian & Quality Plumbing... I had a problem with the toilet not flushing and my bathroom backing up I called Quality Plumbing. Zach the technician came out and fixed it in absolutely no time. Reminded me that they had a guarantee of 72 hours to call him if it wasn't working . Later I had a problem with my sink it was flooding my kitchen. I called them again they came out and it was very simple fix, One of my little pipe had just come disconnected he fixed it and no charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone , excellent work, on time

Called Quality Plumbing and talked on phone first to see if they could do job so service tech sent someone out a week ago Friday (Nov 1) and he wasnt sure so he said he he would get back with me last i heard from him was Wednesday so i called company today and he finally called back and said he couldnt fix it so besides getting 118.00 he could have said in the first five minutes he couldnt fix it
