I'm so happy with the plumbing job that Bruce and Andrew from Quality Plumbing did for me last week. They completely repiped my home and were superior in every way, friendly, skilled, and helpful. They worked with me to move some pipes to make things more convenient for me every day. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and gave me choices when possible. Their excellent workmanship showed real pride in their work. Andrew also spotted a problem (that was not part of their original task) and alerted me about it, saving me a lot of money and trouble in the future. Quality Plumbing has two quality plumbers with Bruce and Andrew!

Requested a technician to come out and replace my garbage disposal that was leaking on Labor Day and got a call back within a few minutes. Roger Kelly called me and said he didn't have a disposal on his truck, but if I wanted to go buy one he would put it in. I did that and he came over within an hour to put it in. I was very impressed with the service because numerous other businesses didn't even answer. Roger was professional and personal and I will us definitely use them again. Thanks Roger your company is lucky to have you.

Would never even consider using anyone else in town besides Quality Plumbing. As a woman, often home alone when technicians are able to come, it is so reassuring to know they have a 40-year history of local business and service and a trustworthy and professional staff. They have replaced toilets and fixtures, repaired leaks, unlcogged slow drains, you name it, they get it done.

Quality Plumbing, quality is not what they do... Hot water heater quit working, called Quality Plumbing, big mistake...the plumber who came said I needed a $125 part that goes on top of the hot water heater...pfft, what an idiot, needed a new hot water heater as that one was done...they """"never"""" refunded me for their $125 mistake... Want quality plumbing, call Sunshine Plumbing, they're the best and more reasonably priced...

Called because of a leak.Plumber came and said leak was under house and he would have to call """"leak servbice"""" to come and it would be $315.oo for visit plus $35 for every quarter hour after.Another plumber came next day went thru house rather quickly and said could find no leak..went outside and said there was a wet spot looked like someone had thrown a bucket of water.My husband looked at it and put his foot on a large leak! Leak repaired but at great cost since plumber said he had to wait in his truck for half hour while glue """"set Up"""".Paid total of 778.16 that included 160.00 for first plumber's visit. After we paid him an d he left,my husband said that he remembered a pair of gloves being left at that leak site fvrom day before and that he thought first plumber had actually discovered leak b ut chose not to tell us b ecause calling in the """"leak service"""" would cost us a good deal more..which it did. Would never call this company again.

The company had given a bid to do work at my home and then wanted 50 percent deposit and wouldn't be able to do the work for 6-8 weeks. I attempted to negotiate the deposit and the owner told me that they will not do the job. For everyone who has contractors that are bidding work and ripping peoples deposit off please don't do this. A 50 percent deposit is excessive and not necessary as long as there is a legitimate contract done between the two parties. This company is greedy and I don't recommend them.

I don't know what happened to Quality Plumbing. We always relied on them and were an established customer. This time I was told briskly they had no one to send out for an emergency repair. I would use the term """"rude"""" So much for 24/7. That is the last time I will be using Quality Plumbing. Not because of the lack of staff but because of the way they talked to me and offered no assistance. I called another company and they provided same day service.
