We used Quality Plumbing to totally replumb and repipe our house. Bruce Brown and Alex came out and spent 4 days on the job. They were very courteous and polite. They worked incredibly clean and their work was immaculate. They minimized the downtime in our house. The price was fair and we are happy with the work done.

Called Quality Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate on some work I needed done on my home. The lady on the phone set up a Monday 12-2pm. window in which they would show up. They never showed up or called so at 2:30pm I called backed and the lady on the phone didn't seem to care. Her response was """"Do you want to set up another appointment this week or next week."""" Couldn't believe I was hearing this from her. Never I'm sorry or let me see what happened! Never again!

Called for emergency work after 5pm and the woman answering the phone asked """"Are you sure this can't wait until tomorrow? The technician will have to drive from ______"""" I said I would call another service and she said """"ok"""" and hung up.

I was told Friday a plumber would be at my house between 10:00 and 2:00pm Monday. It is now 2:30pm and still no plumber. I called at noon and was assured they would be here. I called again at 2:00pm and they said the plumber had been enroute for awhile and didn't know why they weren't here. It's 2:30pm and the plumber is sitting in his truck in the driveway so maybe he'll be coming in soon. Also, the lady on the phone who schedules jobs is rude and doesn't sound like she really cares. All the plumbers I've dealt with have been professional and courteous. Maybe if they had called me with periodic updates as the whereabouts of the plumber, this wouldn't irritate me like it does.

I used this company for one of my apartments i have on rent, and i spend a lot of money with them but when i had a clogged emergency the other day, the lady on the phone (service lady) was rude. So i called JW Freeman Plumbing LLC and they were very friendly and also solve the problem that Quality Plumbing never solve. This company is trying to take Gainesville and let the small and professional companies out of Gainesville, but sometimes small business value the clients more than big companies. Your choice, i will switch to JW Freeman.

We called Quality Plumbing because of the great reviews they have on Google for an estimate on our bathroom remodel. Our first call was made on July 15, 2015 and on July 17, 2015 John Boswell a Service Estimator came out after speaking with my wife he said he would get back to us by July 21, 2015 with an estimate. On July 22 after not receiving a call my wife called him and he said he had not heard back from his tile guy and would get back to us soon. We waited another week and no response at all. So then my wife called and spoke with the owner Bryan Nazworth who stated that is not the way we do business. He said he would handle it personally and came out himself and measured everything. As of this date August 10, 2015 we have still not received an estimate of any kind at all. My wife probably called at least 6 to 8 times in an attempt to get an estimate from this company. To say we were very disappointed in the lack of customer service we received would be an understatement. I would not recommend this company based on our experience to anybody. our review helps others learn about great local businesses. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Had an emergency at my home when all the pipes became clogged and backed up. All of our showers, bath tubs and toilets were out of commission. Upon calling quality plumbing, a man answered the phone and asked me what the issue was, as I telling him, he rudely and abruptly cut me off mid sentence and said, """"mam, mam you can stop now! Just give me your number and I'll have a technician call back."""" His tone and demeanor was extremely unnecessary and very rude. I will be going with another company from now on. By the way, I never received a call from anyone that night or the next day.

I have lived in Gainesville for over 10 years now and during that time used several different plumbing services. However, until I recently had work done by Quality Plumbing, I had not found one that met my expectations on quality of work, professionalism, and fairness in price. I have now found a """"home"""" with QP. I had a main line water leak that they were able to quickly locate and address. Their service personnel are friendly and professional. Best of yet, their work is of the highest quality. I know when they fix it, it will stay fixed. They do not cut corners, which is unfortunately something that happens a lot these days. Also, they did not mind me standing over their shoulder while they worker (having been on the other end of this I know how annoying it can be sometimes).

I have used Quality Plumbing for my house on two separate occasions and they have exceeded my expectations both times. The techs were both extremely nice and fixed the problem quickly. Their prices are reasonable and they do good work. The first time they came out the job ended up costing $50 les than quoted because they got it done faster than they anticipated. That's being pretty honest in my book. I will use them any time I need a plumber in Gainesville.

Last week we had a recommended plumber come to our home to make some adjustments/repairs. Realizing they didn't fix any of the problems, we had them back out a few days later, and still no improvement. We decided to find another plumber who could actually do the job. Called Quality Plumbing and Bill came out the next day (since it wasn't an emergency). The time of arrival was said to be between 12 and 2 and he arrived at 1pm. He was amazing! In a flash figured out what was wrong (the previous company never did), fixed the issues, installed a new kitchen faucet, taking extra care of our quartz counter tops, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. Their name/phone number is the only one I'll be putting in my address book!! I highly recommend this company. They're fast, professional, timely and have earned my confidence! *I almost didnt call them because of the previous comments.... but I was actually impressed they contacted the people to tell them they were running late... isnt that a good thing? And if they run into a bigger issue in a home, dont you want them taking the additional time to make sure the job is done the right way, the first time? I do, and I appreciate that in a company! Thanks for a job well done, we're a customer for life!
