The plumber arrived today to fix a leaky valve behind my refrigerator. It took him 15 minutes to tighten up the valve. He did not replace the valve - this was confirmed by another contractor I had at my home at the time. I wanted him to use the rest of the required minimum 60 minutes/$109?? to look at some slow drainage at my house (plus evaluate my hot water heater for replacement), but he said he had to get payment for his minimum 1 hr first from the insurance company that was paying it - and that time it took to call to get the credit card would be rolled into the service hour - even if he had to wait on the phone or couldn't reach them. He then spent another 15 minutes sitting his truck doing his """"bill collection"""". I called your office about this but they said he had to collect for his 1 hr minimum first. This is an unethical (and devious) business practice. That minimum payment could have been collected by the office when the call was made, with minimal if any further time required by the service tech. I am in business myself and know that no business adds service call charges for the time they take for internal bookkeeping to collect payment. That is business overhead and why you charge so much per hour! This company owes me more service time - minimally a half hour - but I am switching to another plumber.

Quality Plumbing, quality is not what they do... Hot water heater quit working, called Quality Plumbing, big mistake...the plumber who came said I needed a $125 part that goes on top of the hot water heater...pfft, what an idiot, needed a new hot water heater as that one was done...they """"never"""" refunded me for their $125 mistake... Want quality plumbing, call Sunshine Plumbing, they're the best and more reasonably priced...

Requested a technician to come out and replace my garbage disposal that was leaking on Labor Day and got a call back within a few minutes. Roger Kelly called me and said he didn't have a disposal on his truck, but if I wanted to go buy one he would put it in. I did that and he came over within an hour to put it in. I was very impressed with the service because numerous other businesses didn't even answer. Roger was professional and personal and I will us definitely use them again. Thanks Roger your company is lucky to have you.

I was told Friday a plumber would be at my house between 10:00 and 2:00pm Monday. It is now 2:30pm and still no plumber. I called at noon and was assured they would be here. I called again at 2:00pm and they said the plumber had been enroute for awhile and didn't know why they weren't here. It's 2:30pm and the plumber is sitting in his truck in the driveway so maybe he'll be coming in soon. Also, the lady on the phone who schedules jobs is rude and doesn't sound like she really cares. All the plumbers I've dealt with have been professional and courteous. Maybe if they had called me with periodic updates as the whereabouts of the plumber, this wouldn't irritate me like it does.

Zack was a real gentleman and went above and beyond for someone in need, fixing my water heater. Thank you for prompt, polite, and exceptional service.

We called Quality Plumbing because of the great reviews they have on Google for an estimate on our bathroom remodel. Our first call was made on July 15, 2015 and on July 17, 2015 John Boswell a Service Estimator came out after speaking with my wife he said he would get back to us by July 21, 2015 with an estimate. On July 22 after not receiving a call my wife called him and he said he had not heard back from his tile guy and would get back to us soon. We waited another week and no response at all. So then my wife called and spoke with the owner Bryan Nazworth who stated that is not the way we do business. He said he would handle it personally and came out himself and measured everything. As of this date August 10, 2015 we have still not received an estimate of any kind at all. My wife probably called at least 6 to 8 times in an attempt to get an estimate from this company. To say we were very disappointed in the lack of customer service we received would be an understatement. I would not recommend this company based on our experience to anybody. our review helps others learn about great local businesses. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I called quality plumbing due to a concern for a possible clog in my drain line. However after speaking with their service rep she advised that it actually sounded like the problem might be on the city's side. She recommended that i contact the city's public works department as they will come assess for free. She advised that if QP came out i would be looking at a 119.00 charge and they may wind up telling me that i have to call the city any way. I really appreciated this tip. This company could have sent someone out and charged me the fee anyway but didn't. To me this is the ultimate sign of a respectable and professional company. If it is not a problem on the city's end Quality Plumbing will be my next call and they will continue to have my plumbing business in the future.

Called Quality Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate on some work I needed done on my home. The lady on the phone set up a Monday 12-2pm. window in which they would show up. They never showed up or called so at 2:30pm I called backed and the lady on the phone didn't seem to care. Her response was """"Do you want to set up another appointment this week or next week."""" Couldn't believe I was hearing this from her. Never I'm sorry or let me see what happened! Never again!

Incompetent, dishonest and no integrity. We called Quality Plumber because our regular plumber was not available. Instead of admitting that they left crap behind in the drain they told us our pipe had collapsed and needed $2700 to fix the """"problem """". Don't take our word for it. Talk to other people who have had bad service from them.

Had an emergency at my home when all the pipes became clogged and backed up. All of our showers, bath tubs and toilets were out of commission. Upon calling quality plumbing, a man answered the phone and asked me what the issue was, as I telling him, he rudely and abruptly cut me off mid sentence and said, """"mam, mam you can stop now! Just give me your number and I'll have a technician call back."""" His tone and demeanor was extremely unnecessary and very rude. I will be going with another company from now on. By the way, I never received a call from anyone that night or the next day.
