Don't use them!! I used them in the past and they were great! Not sure what happened??! I had them out for a leak, they busted a pipe drilling charged me for the repair, then the other side of my house started backing up with water, the on- call person said to call the office the next day for an appointment the service personnel are not friendly AT ALL, she said they would need to start over and this was not covered from the warranty on Friday; I have more water now in my house than I had when I started with them! I told her to cancel my request I will find someone else. This was a waste of $339!

Quality Plumbing came through big-time when I had an emergency. A hot & cold water cartridge broke in our master bath shower. I tried to replace the cartridge myself, but it was badly stuck, and I couldn't get it out. Now, if that cartridge can't be removed & replaced, the whole house is without water for the weekend. Naturally, this didn't sit well with my wife and daughter. So I called Quality Plumbing Friday evening and left a message with the answering service. Received a call back the following morning (Sat) at 8am from Dave at Quality Plumbing. I described the problem, and Dave said he could take care of it. Being a weekend, he explained the overtime charge, which was fine with me. To make a long story short, Dave got to our home, replaced the cartridge, and our water was restored at 11am. Dave was professional, courteous, and proficient. Besides, he is an excellent baseball athlete. I can't say enough good things about Quality Plumbing and the excellent service that Dave brought to our home!

Today my kitchen sink was stopped up and I neededFrom my first contact with the dispatcher (which) was pleasant to my service from the plumber (Brian), I was treated with great courtesy and respect. Not only was Brian successfu in fixing my sink, he explained his work while he was doing it so that I could be made aware of the problem, the issues that caused it, and how to prevent it from happening again. I had a problem with the toilet not flushing and my bathroom backing up I called Quality Plumbing. Zach the technician came out and fixed it in absolutely no time. Reminded me that they had a guarantee of 72 hours to call him if it wasn't working . Later I had a problem with my sink it was flooding my kitchen. I called them again they came out and it was very simple fix, One of my little pipe had just come disconnected he fixed it and no charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone , excellent work, on time

Called Quality Plumbing and talked on phone first to see if they could do job so service tech sent someone out a week ago Friday (Nov 1) and he wasnt sure so he said he he would get back with me last i heard from him was Wednesday so i called company today and he finally called back and said he couldnt fix it so besides getting 118.00 he could have said in the first five minutes he couldnt fix it

DO NOT TRUST THE SCAMMERS AT QUALITY PLUMBING! We initially paid them $300 to fix a plumbing issue that rendered our toilet and shower unusable, as water would gush out of the base when used. The clog was fixed for about two days before we had to call them out again for the same issue. Again, everything was working fine for a few days until today, when the issue reappeared. We called them again and were told that because they couldn't find the source of the problem, that if they had to come back out again they would charge us a $450 MINIMUM to get to the actual root of the problem. I asked if this service would be prorated based on the amount of money we had already paid them for an issue they didn't fix, and the incredibly rude receptionist said no! I have to wonder why they stole $300 from us before they were willing to properly diagnose the issue at a higher rate. We are now out $300 for an issue that Quality Plumbing never fixed and did not want to make right, and now are stuck without a working toilet or shower! Don't trust this company unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for what I can't even call a half-a** job, because they really didn't do anything for us at all!

Incompetent, dishonest and no integrity. We called Quality Plumber because our regular plumber was not available. Instead of admitting that they left crap behind in the drain they told us our pipe had collapsed and needed $2700 to fix the """"problem """". Don't take our word for it. Talk to other people who have had bad service from them.

Horrible customer service. Never even got back to me with an estimate on a re-pipe and new pea trap in my shower. Thousands of dollars in business they just don't seem interested in. Recipentionsist is just plain rude.

The plumber arrived today to fix a leaky valve behind my refrigerator. It took him 15 minutes to tighten up the valve. He did not replace the valve - this was confirmed by another contractor I had at my home at the time. I wanted him to use the rest of the required minimum 60 minutes/$109?? to look at some slow drainage at my house (plus evaluate my hot water heater for replacement), but he said he had to get payment for his minimum 1 hr first from the insurance company that was paying it - and that time it took to call to get the credit card would be rolled into the service hour - even if he had to wait on the phone or couldn't reach them. He then spent another 15 minutes sitting his truck doing his """"bill collection"""". I called your office about this but they said he had to collect for his 1 hr minimum first. This is an unethical (and devious) business practice. That minimum payment could have been collected by the office when the call was made, with minimal if any further time required by the service tech. I am in business myself and know that no business adds service call charges for the time they take for internal bookkeeping to collect payment. That is business overhead and why you charge so much per hour! This company owes me more service time - minimally a half hour - but I am switching to another plumber.
