We've been using Quality Plumbing for a few years now. We live in an old house with old pipes connected to the city sewage line. Our pipes have been clogged a few times and they are always quick to get out and know exactly how to get the pipes unclogged. We've also used them to leaking basement pipes and sewage backup. Cannot recommend enough!

The work was done well. Just be aware that they bill you for travel time and round up the time they are there to the closest half hour. I had an extra hour added to my bill.

I can't say enough about this company! Dan answered my call in the middle of the night during a unprecedented temp drop -14 when my new homes pipes froze. They did an excellent job in trying to help me until one of there plumbers could get out and fix the problem. You can tell they really care about there customers. A HUGE Thank you!

I called this morning to get a quote. Within an hour I had my quote and general time frame for when service would be out. Dillon came out and went straight to work. He was very efficient and helpful, while also explaining to me what he was doing and how to better avoid issue in the future. The company was very responsive. The plumber was very helpful. I will definitely be using Quality again.

They were courteous making the appointment. They didn't tell us that the first hour starts being charged from whenever/wherever the driver gets the call. So if it takes him a half hour to get there, then that counts as part of your first hour, which is the most expensive hour.

Other than that, I was really pleased with the plumber's knowledge & skill. He got our drain clog out from the basement pipe (said he'd never seen one that bad) and the pipes under the kitchen sink put back together in a timely manner. He was professional and I would definitely call this company again.

Drain overflowed while washing clothes Thursday morning. Tried to clear it ourselves, no luck. Friday morning called Quality. We were told they were all booked up, but could come out Friday evening on overtime. Got a call back around 6 Friday that a big emergency came up and we'd have to move to Saturday morning. As the day progressed they continued to call and let us know what time they would be here. Very very pleased with the great communication. JP was our plumber and we were so happy with his courteous, professional and friendly manner. He initially thought we might have a broken cast iron drain pipe, as the snake brought up some mud. After a thorough snaking it brought back tree roots as the culprit. Drain was flushed out and is running clear now. Quality Plumbing is going to be our plumber from now on. Great work JP and many kudos to everyone for their friendly and professional communication!
