They were able to get to us in just a few hours.  The plumber was friendly, fast, and took care to keep things clean. Had it all fixed in less than 30 minutes. My kids enjoyed asking him questions.

Drain overflowed while washing clothes Thursday morning. Tried to clear it ourselves, no luck. Friday morning called Quality. We were told they were all booked up, but could come out Friday evening on overtime. Got a call back around 6 Friday that a big emergency came up and we'd have to move to Saturday morning. As the day progressed they continued to call and let us know what time they would be here. Very very pleased with the great communication. JP was our plumber and we were so happy with his courteous, professional and friendly manner. He initially thought we might have a broken cast iron drain pipe, as the snake brought up some mud. After a thorough snaking it brought back tree roots as the culprit. Drain was flushed out and is running clear now. Quality Plumbing is going to be our plumber from now on. First, let me begin by stating that I live in an older home with lead pipes. When the plumber came out he stated that snaking the drain would only be a temporary solution a mere band-aid for my aging pipes. He also told me that they charge by the hour not by the job. I understood these things going into the job, but should have been more aware of them.

I called Quality Plumbing based on positive reviews. They were able to get me in the next day. I called for two repairs 1) a clogged bathroom sink 2) leaking faucets. After taking a look at the job the repair man needed some additional tools. He stated that he would only charge 1 hour of time to collect these supplies. I understand that all faucets are different and this might take some additional supplies as well as a special tool to account for the small lead pipes in my house. He said that he was pretty sure with this tool he would be able to get through the sink drain.

Prior to going to get the parts the plumber told us that he would like to try plunging the sink first. I mentioned that we tried this as well as disassembling the sink to find the source of the problem. As a female, I want to make sure that my hair is not the problem. However, the plumber assured me that often this is a quick fix and would save us a lot of money if this was the problem. I appreciated the consideration for my budget. This is where the consideration of my budget ended.

After about a half-hour of plunging at $98/hour + $30 service fee and a huge mess in the bathroom, he decided to snake the drain. After this was unsuccessful from drain he tried from the basement then the sink. He was persistent. When water was sloshing everywhere he asked for towels to sop it up and a bucket to catch the water.

After 2.5 hours of attempting to fix the problem with no luck I decided that it was just best to call it a day. I was hoping that the drain would at least be slow and the faucet not leaking. Neither of these things were true. The drain was completely backed up, the faucet still leaked, and when he put the pipes back together those continued to leak as well. My bathroom and basement were covered in debris from the job and I paid $275 to be worse off than when I called.

I understand that the problem could not be fixed, but I do expect that a plumber can fix a leaking faucet and put a sink drain back together without leaking and also that they leave the job as they found it.

Schedule an appointment with quality plumbing for Friday once I got off hold for five minutes a gentleman said he would call me Friday and let me know before they came out never received a phone call I would not recommend this company to anybody

I'm verbatim copying my Google review, but that's okay, because I had a great experience with this company and the world needs to know!

Absolutely a class act and great company. I called with a toilet emergency at 3:30 in the morning, and Danny was on call; he walked me through some safeguards I could take to shut off my water while they cleared a spot in their schedule for later that day to fix the problem.

Later on that day, Danny was the plumber to respond in person as well. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and friendly to me and my family (and very accommodating to the fact that I had a curious three year-old who wanted to ask a million questions about what was going on).

This is a great company, with very fair prices, but the reason we'll always call them first from now on is the wonderful hiring decisions they make. A+ job for some A+ plumbers!

We moved into a ""new to us"" home and had the main line back up, which seems to be fairly common in houses that sit for sometime before someone lives in them. They came out the same day I called. The guy snaked the line several times and explained what he was doing. He also repaired a small leak in a pipe I found. The price was VERY reasonable for what he did and the time he put in. I will 100% use them in the future if something comes up. Highly recommended.

They even mailed me a thank you letter! Now that is proper customer service!

Quick to respond, professional, and the work done looked great. I have used them on multiple occasions. They have unclogged multiple drains, re-sealed toilets, fixed toilets flusher, fixed broken pipes and replaced a faucet. I would use again and recommend them to anyone.
