Call was put in to come by and fix leak in late morning so that water to residence could be restored. Was told that it's an easy 5 min fix and they would be out in the afternoon. Several calls were made in regard to when they would be out. Was told either they would be there soon or never picked up the call. Finally at 6 pm a person named Jacob called and said he was the after hours tech and wanted to know if we still needed service or if this could wait til Monday (this is Friday). And told me that it would be considered after hours rates. When I said that is up to the landlord of the property this ""Jacob"" breathed heavily into the phone for about 30 seconds and then said fine I'll call them. And hung up the phone. And that was the last I heard from them.

I requested service to replace the flush valve gasket. The tank was leaking into to bowl. The repair tech showed up and told me I needed a new toilet. He proceeded to tell me he did not have the repair part and would have to go get one. I do not understand this has it is an industry standard and I told them when I called what the problem was. He quoted a price of between 400-500 dollars to repair the toilet if he could find the part. He spent most of his time on a sales pitch to buy a new toilet which would be better. He would select what was best for us and did not listen to our needs. he did replace the feed valve and charged the standard rate for one hour of service ($190). This the most expensive feed valve replacement in history. I will never call them for service again and recommend you look elsewhere for a plumber.

I had Luke out awhile back to install a new faucet, disposer and dishwasher. He was thorough, neat, and did an excellent job! We were so happy with the company, they're who we called to install a gas line. Todd was awesome! He showed me how he tested everything and explained everything he did. I felt confident in the quality of the work. Brett was just here for an appliance install. Just like the other guys, he was personable, professional and went above and beyond. I will always call this company for plumbing. They do HVAC too and that's who I will call when I have a need for that.

We've been using Quality Plumbing for a few years now. We live in an old house with old pipes connected to the city sewage line. Our pipes have been clogged a few times and they are always quick to get out and know exactly how to get the pipes unclogged. We've also used them to leaking basement pipes and sewage backup. Cannot recommend enough!

The work was done well. Just be aware that they bill you for travel time and round up the time they are there to the closest half hour. I had an extra hour added to my bill.

I can't say enough about this company! Dan answered my call in the middle of the night during a unprecedented temp drop -14 when my new homes pipes froze. They did an excellent job in trying to help me until one of there plumbers could get out and fix the problem. You can tell they really care about there customers. A HUGE Thank you!

I called this morning to get a quote. Within an hour I had my quote and general time frame for when service would be out. Dillon came out and went straight to work. He was very efficient and helpful, while also explaining to me what he was doing and how to better avoid issue in the future. The company was very responsive. The plumber was very helpful.
