Even though he did a good job installing a new toilet on our rented apartment, he has a high profit markup on the parts he uses. The brand model of the toilet that he changed was billed at almost 200% the price that I found online (that is crazy even for Hawaii)

While I had not one clogged drain the worker Patrick who came helped me with 3 clogs and didn't over charge me like I've had done in the past with Roto Rooter. Tony was excellent! He was quick to respond back with an estimate. I was able to text him pictures of my sink and the issues I was having. He was able to diagnose it and schedule a repair time. He was very professional and efficient during the service call. His pricing was very reasonable which made the overall experience very positive! I had a 5 star experience !!!

I had a leak on my bathroom so I decided to give them a call. Tony came on time but he wasn't able to fix the problem due to its nature yet, I was charged $90 for labor which I though was ridiculous. He just took a look and didn't really do much. He did quote me the price but I expected him to fix the issue.

Tony and his assistant showed up in the time window stated. He replaced our kitchen faucet, reconnected our dishwasher, and added a new garbage disposal, and reconfigure piping due to our cus He took our wishes into account, was professional, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend! Update 4/25/2019 - We tried running the dishwasher tonight, and noticed a lot of water and soap all over the floor, and on our brand new cabinets!! My husband called Tony to tell him about this. Tony basically said it's our problem, not his, and that the dishwasher was working when he reinstalled it. He didn't offer to come fix it. He only suggested we shut off our hot water. Took back 3 stars for this issue and his response to it. And I feel that that's too generous. I'm very upset that our brand new cabinets might be damaged due to this. If I could, I'd take back a whole galaxy of stars for his brush off.

Tony was professional, reasonably priced and appears honest. He said he would call me back when I called for an estimate and he did in a timely manner. He installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and even fixed a plumbing mistake made by someone else under the sink. He was resourceful in figuring out how to wire the dishwasher even though the wire was torn out with loose ends. Everything is working fine so far since the installation and testing afterwards. Appliances have not been used yet since though. He did it in the time that he said it might take, which was reasonable at I did thorough research on how long it would take.
