Had a clogged kitchen sink and I didn't even use the sink because we just got home from having dinner for my wife's birthday. Come to find that my drain shares a pipe with my neighbor, so the shared pipe backed up, which in turn pushed water up my drain whenever they used their sink. I called everyone who was listed as 24/7 plumbers, but none had availability last night. In the morning, I called 535 because I have used them a few times, but they didn't have availability until Sunday. As I scrolled through Yelp, I came across Quality Plumbing and saw the address was my address! This plumber lives in my building. I took this as a major plus because he has got to be familiar with the building. He was very nice upon taking my call and scheduled a range between 12:15 - 2:15pm. He arrive at the tail end of the time range and wasted no time. He showed his knowledge of the building by doing all the work in the hallway access point. I cleared my kitchen sink cabinet anticipating that would be where all the work would be done. He showed me the pipe and what was built up, kitchen grease.. replaced the original 45 year old cast iron pipe with PVC. Assured no leaks by having me and my neighbor run our water, and he was done in about an hour. Very friendly, easy to work with, and reasonable rates. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Serving this community as a local restoration general contractor, I found myself constantly challenged with the need for a fair priced fix that I could rely on for years to come, but then I found Tony. This man clearly loves what he does and when other plumbers say ""I can't,"" Tony says, ""I can,"" and does, that for a price that's within budget. The only downside, if there was one, is that there is only one of him. But, to be able to have the work done right the first time, is well worth the wait.

My radiator was pau. They responded to our call and arrived on time to evaluate situation. Then left to get new water heater back within the hour installed and we're out within an hour to install it. Didn't leave a mess. What more could you ask for I highly recommend them!!!

We loved how their plumber arrived on time in their company van stocked with everything a plumber needs for this project. He arrived on time as promised to work on our 2 upstairs toilets (don't have trouble downstairs yet, but it's inevitable) and her worked very fast and confidently to keep our final price exactly as promised (and he sent us our receipt as promised too). He really removed 2 old water-wasting Toto toilets super fast (those were flushing very weakly and clogging up badly almost daily), replaced those with 2 new American Standard Champion 4 toilets (which we bought separately at Lowe's), completed the final caulking seal around the base of the newly installed 2 toilets, and disposed of the 2 older toilets all without needing any help (he's strong!). We appreciate that he took a moment to explain to us the strengths and better functions of our newer American Standard Champion 4 toilets and explained the design flaws and weaknesses of our older Toto toilets. We will absolutely be calling Quality Plumbing again if we ever have trouble with our old downstairs toilets.

I needed a repair for a clogged kitchen drain so I reached out to Tony through Yelp and he responding promptly. He was able to do you repair within a few hours from contacting him. He assessed the clog issue and took care of it within an hour. Very efficient and easy. The price was very reasonable and service was great. Whenever you're dealing with plumbing work you always want experience plumbers who are licensed; which Tony is. I'd definitely refer him to friends, family and clients of mine.
