They fixed a leaking pipe assembly on our very old tub in our upstairs bathroom. The ancient pipe assembly was so stuck to the tub that it could have broken the porcelain on the tub, requiring us to get a new tub. Wonderfully, they took their time, slowly working the fixture eventually out of the old tub, replacing it with the new assembly. Thanks to them, we are up and running with two bathtubs. They came when they said they would and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. We are so pleased.

They installed a toilet for me. During the install the dropped the toilet and cracked it. They didn't tell me. I had a leak in my house for 5 months thanks to them. I would never use them.
