We have an old farm house that we are 3rd generation here. The plumbing has been pieced in since 1942. Everything in our house was backing up except our toilet thank God. However we couldn't use anything in our kitchen (sink, dishwasher and clothes washer which is brand new). Our shower was VERY slow to drain. We needed a whole new repipe of our plumbing. They sent their estimator out right away. They gave us a good quote and we decided to use them. They got us on the schedule very quickly. The guys were great that came to do the work! Very polite and worked quickly. It was a 2 day job. Everything works fantastic now. We couldn't be happier with QPH. They even had Hoosier Beef drop off at thank you gift of an assortment of Beef products! Excellent service!

Sewer water had backed up into my bath tub. I called them, and they sent Tyler and Travis out within an hour. Both guys were extremely courteous and professional. They removed my toilet and found a clog in my main line. The job was finished in under 2 hours and we were back in business. Very fair rates! I would highly recommend QPH to anyone in the future!

After a couple years in my home it was time to invest in my comfort and remove baseboard heaters and 1972 A/C and convert to a single forced air heat and cooling system. Other vendors tried to sell me multiple units but Sam from QPH listened to my needs and was great in identifying options that provided maximum value with no requirement to turn the install of a new heat pump (with electric coil back up) into a construction project. Mike and Tyler performed demo and install and couldn't have been more conscientious and helpful. Because I was home for most of project I witnessed their efficiency, technical skills and problem solving and couldn't have higher regard that they are ""Best in Field!"" Mike was especially instructive with me and brought me up into the attic during every phase to advise on progress. This made me an eye-witness to the extreme high ""QUALITY"" in the company's name! Mike went above and beyond when noting some concerning electrical safety issues and I was able to get them resolved next day and complete the entire project with the confidence of being up to code and safe! Mike even came back after hours to instruct me in programming the thermostat and has checked on me several times! The QPH Team were equally as enjoyable as waking up or coming home to warmth that I finally trust to be throughout the home. No more room-to-room shuffle to dial adjust all baseboard heater stats based on outside temp and wind direction. My thanks to the Team and all at Quality Plumbing and Heating!!

Schedualed an appointment for 8 a.m. and didn't show till almost 9. Called to have them send a camera down my basement pipe to find out why it keeps clogging in 1 specific section of pipe but the first guy that came only looked at the outside cleanout and saw that it wasn't currently clogged and left (still charged me $150 to not do what I called him to do). Next day it clogged again and lo and behold it was in the same section of pipe. Called for second guy and he used the camera in the same place I told the first guy to use the camera and he found a large bolt in the pipe. The second buy was great but watch out for Tayler, he's either a lazy thief or an incompetent idiot, either way I got charges twice for something that should have been done right the first time especially considering how I told him where it clogs.

They were not bad for a first time again trusting a contractor. They overall did great work. But when I had a problem I could not find the instruction manual after they installed it. The plastic was on the side of it but the info was gone.

We are having issues with our general contractor with remolding our home. Nothing is going how they said it was going to go. When our general contractor sent Quality Plumbing and Heating to install our new furnace, we were so unhappy with our general contractor we just figured we would be unhappy with Quality Plumbing and Heating as well. Quality Plumbing and Heating was great! They really turned things around for us. They sent a very nice, highly knowledgeable, personable , uniformed Tec to install our furnace. I believe the Tecs name was Sam Verbasky. If you ever need a new furnace, hot water heater, or plumbing CALL QUALITY PLUMBING & HEATING. Very happy with this company.

Lost A/C last weekend. Called QPH and the tech came out as soon as he could. Tech was very professional and efficient. Found the problem and we had cool air before we went to bed.
