It really blows my mind to see a negative review for Quality Plumbing. I have used them several times over the years. For my personal home, and then recommending for my place of business. They have always been ontime and always on point. I was lucky to have got Mike the Plumber once before he passed away. A character I'll never forget. Great guy. I can say they are very competitive on their prices. Their work is top of the line. They also were training a new guy the last time I used them. They asked permission to do so, and the veteran plumber was a very thorough teacher. All around great company, owners & employees. Would recommend to anyone for any job small or large.

I called for an appointment on Thursday the 12th to have a bathroom sink installed with all new fittings. The dispatcher called around 5 on Friday and said they couldn't get to me. So it would be Monday 16th, same call around 5 on Monday then repeat on Tuesday. This lady said she was gonna make me an appointment for next Tuesday morning the 24th at 8:30. I was really confused because I thought that's what I did Thursday. She told me I could leave this guy in my house and go to work. Who does this? I don't think so, but anyway no worries because no one showed up and no more calls. If you didn't want my business all you had to do was say you didn't have time, no need for all this run around. I really don't understand how anyone keeps a business running like this. Also they would supposedly come out give me an estimate, and if I didn't accept it then I would have to pay $59 anyway. I'm thinking this worked out for the best anyway.

Quoted an outrage price and when asked for a break down the manager refused to give it. Manager said they do do provide a break down of costs for materials or labor.

Quoted $100. For a drain pan for a hot water heater which is $12. at Home Depot and wouldn't answer why.

We had a very good experience with this company. Our water heater needed to be replaced asap. They were able to come out the day we called. James and Reece were very professional and did an excellent job installing our tankless heater. Very clean, efficient, and polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Wes came out diagnosed the problem, told us upfront what our options were and what the price would be. He then set about taking care of the issue and with no drama, no up-selling, just good old-fashioned plumbing, and good, honest business.

We had issues with our Central Air unit 3 weeks ago. The lines were freezing up on the outside unit and the inside air handler. Long story shorter, I called Quality to come out and resolve the issue. They came out the same day, checked the system out for leaks and other issues and determined the system was low on freon. They put 3 lbs of freon in the system, charged $230.00 and left. The guys were courteous and professional. 10 days later, the same issue showed up. Another tech came out, determined there was a leak, and it would cost $1500.00 to repair the leak. I had no idea if that was a good price or not, but logic said it was really high. I even considered buying another unit, even though ours is only 8 years old. I decided it would be best to get a 2nd estimate and called a local HVAC company, he provided an estimate of around $550.00, came out, did the repair and put in 4 lbs of freeon (for $116.00)... (note-I was charged $230, with my discount, for 3 lbs from Quality). He was done in around 2-3 hours. I paid what he estimated it to be. This is the facts, they speak for themselves. I paid basically 1/3 of the estimate from these guys. I inquired about the big disparity in prices, and was told ""we pay our people good and give to charities"". This other company pays their people good as well. Again, you can figure it out for yourself based on the facts. I guess people can charge what they want, but why would I pay 3 times the price for the same job? They are decent people it seems, but this was beyond ridiculous. Make sure you get other estimates and don't do anything rash. I don't mind paying a fair price and even will pay more for a good completed job, but this speaks for itself. It speaks volumes really.

New to the Sevierville area and contacted Quality to come out and do some plumbing. We were really impressed with their punctuality and professionalism! Pricing was fair and we'd definitely contact them again. Brandon, who came out to doo a free inspection of our heating and cooling system was thorough, honest and a pleasure to meet. We highly recommend this company!

The best. I had an emergency, the first plumber I called in Sevierville was very rude and unprofessional.( M.T. Plumbing ) I called Quality Plumbing and was greeted with a very kind & professional woman. She had help sent to my house first thing in the morning. The plumber arrived on time and fixed our problem fast & professional. Charged me hundreds below the other plumbers quote! I will keep Quality Plumbing in my call list. VERY SATISFIED.
