Randy E.I too would give then minus stars if I could. Their prices are outrageous. They charged $129 for the first half hour, and $29 for each quarter hour ($116/hr) thereafter. The charged hourly time for waiting for the PVC glue to dry. They gave no break for the fact that my home is less than 1.5 min from their shop. They charged $2.40 for a 3/4"""" CPVC 90 deg elbow that costs them less than $0.33 at Home Depot, and similarly overcharged for every fitting. Stay away, unless you like to be robbed.
Larry O.Quality plumbing was unable to repair running toilet and then broke 2 appointments to replace toilet. Girl answering phone said that they had better opportunities elsewhere. She said management would call me to address my concerns. NEVER heard from them. I would Never call them again.
Mark K.This company was supposed to come fix a leaking water heater. They scheduled a time for 12-5 the next day. Not great but I will deal with it. 10 minutes before 5 they called and try to tell me that the plumber had an emergency. Yea right. More like it's to close to the end of the day. Then they wanted me to wait an additional 2 days!!!!!. Are you freaking kidding me? You flaked on me! I should be the TOP PRIORITY! You should have some one here this evening or VERY first thing tomorrow, without question!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS BEHIND FOR YOU OR YOUR HOME!
