Greatest plumbing experience I have ever had in my life! Not kidding. Seems everyone these days is a crook and will screw you for a nickel. NOT QUALITY PLUMBING! Sean came out literally a few hours after my call to fix a leaking toilet. He and his office communicated with me several times and he came out and fixed it and fixed it at a reasonable rate. I have numerous other plumbing issues to take care of after the holidays and I will be calling Sean and Quality Plumbing for sure. So refreshing to know there's at least one company left these days who is honorable, have a fully calibrated moral compass, and treat people with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Awesome awesome professional plumber! Dan is the best! I had another company that fixed my toilet the night before as emergency service charges me $325 and then tells me oh there's a leak under your toilet we will have to pull it and reset it that will be an additional $300 for that - way to take advantage of the situation! Dan came in worked with when I could be there was upfront with the pricing! Didn't try to take advantage because I'm female - did it in 30 minutes!! Was so reasonable with the price I almost fell in the floor! I had been with the other company for 15 years and was treated terrible by both the tech and the management!! - quality has made a customer for life.!!
