Nearly $200 for a job that would probably take 30 minutes. Unbelievable- so I've decided to look elsewhere for a more reasonable fair price. I'll keep you posted- but I'm moving on from this co. Hope you have a better experience.

I've used Quality Plumbing and Drains for several projects and they have been terrific each time. They've installed a disposal, new kitchen faucet, replaced angle stops, revamped my main water shutoff and outside hose configuration, and installed a new water heater. They either answer the phone right or return my call within minutes. Where other skilled trades might tell me I'll have to wait a few days for a service call, these guys are here the same day, and sometimes earlier than they estimate they will show up. Their prices are fair and their advice as to how to handle situations is trustworthy. They aren't just trying to pump up their price. I'm really happy with the services they have provided thus far.

I had a problem with the garbage disposal at a rental property when I was on vacation. Quality Drain Solutions contacted me right away and had the problem fixed in a couple hours. Their price was fair and they explained all the options and prices to me before completing the work. These guys were great and really made my life easier! Our water heater broke on a weekend and I called Quality Drain Solutions because of the great reviews and the 5 star rating they have on Yelp and Google. To my surprise, they came right out to assess the problem and gave me a quote for the replacement cost straight away. While they were here they also cleared the pool lines for us! We are new to the Port St. Lucie area and are extremely grateful to have found this plumbing company. We will be using Quality Drain Solutions for all our plumbing needs from now on. I recommend this company highly!

i called and finnally got a responce 3 days later ! i needed to have kitchen sink and dishwashed installed under new countertop . he scribbled out an estimate where he gave a discounts for each installation, [sink - dishwasher] i am not a plumber and know nothing about it ! his price was $1042 dollars he was here for an hour and 45 min. i was sick to see that the material was $175 and labor was $867 what a crook ! i was told to watch out for people that take advantage of elderly and retired people . what goes around comes around !!!!

What a great service company! First of all Anthony's customer service skills are top notch. He actually calls you back when he says he will!! Then I was lucky enough to get Matt as my serviceman and I tell you I was impressed. Nice, professional and on it! Took no time at all to get the job done and done right!! Had a water heater problem on a Saturday morning. Bob showed up within 30 minutes of call. Problem solved within one hour. Florida seems to have a problem with service companies either not returning calls or just not showing up. Not a problem with these people. Would use them again and would highly recommend.
