Our founder, Michael Wilson grew up in Salem. Michael graduated from Salem High in 1999. Post-graduation, Michael gained an expertise in water systems for the last 16 years in St. Louis, MO. During this experience, he had the opportunity to numerous significant projects in the St. Louis metropolitan area from maintenance to building projects. While Michael enjoyed working on tasks including the fountain installation at the arch and maintenance on the polar bear exhibit, he realized his true passion was to come home. He came back to his roots with his knowledge and training to establish his own business, grounded in his professionalism, extensive experience, and passion for his hometown and the community members of the community.
