This is an absolute real deal plumber. Last week the gas company came to my house unannounced and replaced my gas meter. When I came home that night I had a tag on my door telling me I had a major gas leak. Funny, I didn't have one when I left. The gas company sent some lame over and he quoted me $4500 to do the job and would have to rip up my patio. I called Jeff at Quality Plumbing told him what the situation was and he sent one of his guys out first thing in the morning to pressure test my pipe. It was bad so the next day he had 2 of his best guys at my house they took the pipe up and along my garage and connected it outside my backdoor saving my patio. They were there 8 hours and cost me half of what the gas companies bozo quoted me and saved my patio. This guy will forever be my plumber and I will recommend him to my family, friends and neighbors. We had a great experience with this company. We had an emergency situation and the receptionist was so kind and quick to help. She was able to get a plumber out here within an hour. When Jeff, the plumber got here he was polite, knowledgable, and professional. He was very thorough in finding and remedying our issue. He went up in the attic, under the house, and in the bathroom. He located the issue and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fixed and we were satisfied. The price was very reasonable and I am very happy. Any time we need a plumber these are the guys I will be calling!

My review goes as far as the receptionist. I left a message because I have a main line clog. She called me back early the next day and our conversation went like this, ""Hi. I see you've never done business with us before so we won't be able to get to you today."" Ummm ok. Didn't offer to come out another day so I just told her I would go elsewhere. Didn't seem like they wanted my business at all. Fine by me. So you obviously give preference to people who have done regular business with you over the years. I could of given you my business for years to come being a new homeowner but I wasn't given the option to.

Integrity and high quality work - have been a HIGHLY satisfied customer for decades. Their only desire, it seems, is to provide quality service for a reasonable fee. No padding the bill, trying to dig into your pockets - I've heard nothing but horror stories about their competitors, the ""Smell good plumbers,"" Mike Diamond .... Quality Plumbing CONSISTENTLY shows up at a reasonable time, just gets the job done and leaves - no ""upselling,"" great attitude - love them !!! And they are great about payment terms - won't bust your chops :-)
