I was referred to Quality Plumbing by a local plumber when he was not available. I needed some extensive work done on my old pipes in a 1950's era home. My first contact was Isella who was very professional and understanding. She suggested that I talked to the owner Cruz. I explained my problem and he assured me they could resolve it to my satisfaction. I needed the job completed quickly and they sent out Tony, a very experienced plumber and his partner Frank. The work I needed was quite complicated, but they quoted me a fair price and the work was done professionally. My original plumbing had some design flaws which Tony pointed out and corrected to make the drains flow smoother. The team answered all my questions and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs. I will post some before and after photos of the job soon.

Where do I start??
Isella, the receptionist, lied to me about five times. That is so unprofessional!! I was waiting with two other people for nearly three hours while she fed me ridiculous lies from ""he's on his way"" to ""he had to pick up a tool"" to telling me he was schedule to come an hour after the real time! There were two of us there to confirm the time she set. When he finally arrived, he redeemed himself by admitting she made a mistake in the scheduling. After talking with some neighbors, they did the same thing to them!

The first time they came to my home to do a repair, they turned down the water so low that I had little pressure.
The second time they came to my home they forgot to turn the water back on when they were done.
When they returned to turn it on they CHARGED ME FOR IT! Quality Plumbing charged me through the condo association where I live. I could not get the owner of the business (Cruz) to return my calls so I wrote a letter. Cruz ignored that also. Eventually the association worked it out but I had to submit a letter and an affidavit.

David and Nate responded to replace a leaking water heater. They looked up the serial number of the leaking unit and found out that it was still under warranty. This saved several hundred dollars. The new unit was installed quickly and professionally and the old unit was hauled away. David and Nate answered all my questions and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
