Horrible company!!!! Don't go with this company, disrespectful and will only waste your time. They missed their first appointment, they finally came the following day and told me that they can totally do it and they will send a estimate the following day. The next day came and went and no estimate and any kind of contact was made. I called them three times and the same answer was always given, the person in charge of the estimate was out for work and will reach out to you later today. Again no one contact at me, finally 1 1/2 weeks later I was told they are busy and can not take any more at this point. The company has horrible customer service and don't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time with this company!!!!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and of course I panicked a little and thinking the worst. Quality plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called at 8 am and they said they could have a plumber to my home by 4. At 330 we were notified that the plumber was running late but if it was ok with us, he would eventually show up. The plumber himself called at 530 and said he would arrive at 6. He arrived and could not be any nicer. He discovered the problem originated from my next door neighbor. I can't say how hard this guy worked.. 2 hours later and he was victorious!!! Problem was 40' from our home!

Again.., I truly appreciate the great attitude and cleanliness of our plumber. He was awesome!

I always have the best experience with this company. They have fixed a main pipe that had roots in it and caused a big leak a few years back and today my refrigeration unit was pulled out wrong and the copper line broke and water went everywhere. I called quality plumbing and they had someone come out right away and fixed it! All their employees are awesome! They clean up after their work, wear masks, shoe coverings and overall do a great job

We hired Quality Plumbing yesterday to get a second opinion on a job that a franchise company told us we needed to complete for $11,000! This was a completely eye opening experience as we didn't even need what the franchise company was recommending. The Quality Plumbing plumbers performed a camera check of the pipes under our house, and informed us they needed a cleaning/descaling only, not a lining placement (which entailed concrete, tile, stucco destruction, and a lot of $$). Quality Plumbing plumbers are professional, experienced, affordable, and it was easy to make an appointment with them. I would not consider using anyone else-they are great!!!!

Frank and Raul came over to my home to provide a second opinion after another local plumbing company left a quote for sewer line work (which was unrelated to my original service call on a dripping toilet tank) to the tune of $25k - $30k. My HOA Manager in Wood Ranch recommended I contact Quality Plumbing ASAP after hearing about the quote from the original plumbing company. It turned out that the proposed work from the original company I had called out was a complete oversell! I am so grateful that Quality Plumbing took over completing the job at my home. The team at Quality Plumbing is honest, professional, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. They do a great job in communicating their recommendations and explaining various options. I could not be happier with Raul's work today. He installed a new toilet and did a beautiful job for a reasonable cost. He and Anthony kept my carpet covered, arrived on time and this is the only plumbing company I will plan on ever using going forward. They saved me from getting ripped off by the original plumbing company. I love Quality Plumbing!

My kitchen sink clogged up the day I got home from abdominal surgery, my apartment maintenance guys said they needed to have a plumber come out to fix it, they called Quality Plumbing. Matthew came out at the exact time quoted and fixed my VERY clogged sink within 30 minutes. Matthew was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and went above and beyond knowing that I had just had surgery and couldn't do much for myself just yet. He explained everything as he went along, gave me tips to keep it clear going forward and cleaned everything up when he was done. I'm now running my dishwasher into a sink that's draining beautifully. Thank you Quality Plumbing and Matthew for your speedy and excellent service! I will certainly recommend you guys in the future.

Can't say about about how awesome this company is!! RAUL came out this morning at 6 am to help with an emergency back up!! He not only helped with our back up, he cleaned everything up! Called them left a msg and they immediately called me
back!!Highly recommend Quality Plumbing!!! 5 Star!!

I needed a tub installed last minute because my installer flaked on my and I called around and the owner from Quality plumbing came to give me a same day estimate which was very reasonable. I explained how I was in a bind and needed the tub installed ASAP because I was getting my floors done and needed the tub to be completed before they could work in my bathroom so he rearranged his schedule for that day and sent two guys (Tony and Tony) to my house within a few hours and they got started. They finished the tub portion same day and Tony came back and knocked out the rest of the plumbing portion and did a great job. I'd definitely use them again for future projects.

My tenant called regarding a leak in the shower. I - of course was freaking out hoping it wasn't anything catastrophic (the wall between the shower and laundry room happens to consist of bricks). My BF made a call and told me not to worry. By the end of the business day my tenant calls me to thank me for the quick repair. She also commented on how professional and kind David was from Quality Plumbing. It makes my life so much easier knowing that we have a go to plumber that is quick in response, reasonably priced and trustworthy. Thank you for everything!!!
