Behind the five stars is reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Quality Plumbing for your next plumbing needs. We have used Quality Plumbing recently for a replacement of our circulating pump on our hot water system. Jesse, the professional plumber from Quality Plumbing, came out to our home. He was prompt, respectful of our property, kind, and efficient. Jesse is the kind of employees that we have seen represent Quality Plumbing and for that we will continue to seek this outstanding business for our pluming needs.

Nick, Richard, Alta, Denise, Jesse, and others today form the ""BEDROCK"" of the company. Almost forty years ago a man kept hearing people say ""You know you really do Quality work at a Fair price."" He wanted to start his own business but could not think of a business name, and then he did remember about the word ""QUALITY."" So, he thought why not name my business: Quality Plumbing? Any new employees hired today above all else have two key points mentioned to them: (1) Quality (2) Fair Pricing.

What a great and honest company! I have been serviced by them for 20 years. I recently called because my water heater went out and we only had cold water. I called them first but they were booked out for several weeks so I called Allstar plumbing. They quickly came out and recommended I change the water heater $1850 of fix it for close to $1000. I decided to wait and get a second opinion from my trusted company quality Plumbing. Alta found an apparition for us and $125 dollars later we had hot water!!! Thank you Quality Plumbing for being honest and trust worthy, Thank you for your Quality people!

We use quality plumbing for all of our needs. They have helped with small issues like clogs, installations of water heaters, disposal units. They are so personable, knowledgable and professional. Customer service is great! They even came to our rescue during the weekend! We would highly recommend their services!

Unbelievable! Stay away! You've been warned. This is the worst outfit I have come across. I signed up for yelp just to warn others about this company. These guys came out to my home and fumbled around for an hour. Told me they would have to jackhammer my floors up to get to a leak and would cost me near $2000. I set up a time to have the work done. They never showed up. I called several times and they just kept saying someone will be there in a few hours. After a several calls over 2 days the office people just started hanging up on me. 3 days later and nothing with the leak still flooding. I ended up getting the leak found and fixed by someone else for under $100. All I got from Quality Plumbing was lie after lie.

Helpful but unable to rectify the situation. Made up some excuse like he didn't have the right bit to the machine...then why come out if you don't have the tools. Still charged $80 and gave us someone else's number.
