I had an angle valve (for a toilet) that needed to be installed late on Sunday evening. Water main was shut and we couldn't use the water in the house until this was fixed.

I called Quality Plumbing and got answered immediately. The owner came to my house in less than 30 minutes and was able to deal with a tricky situation (pipe was deformed and had to be cut and an extension soldered). He didn't charge me extra, and stuck to his quote. Very kind. Excellent work, done without rush, and with attention to detail. I'm impressed. Highly recommended.

Drigo came to my rescue again. My water heater suddenly began overflowing the day before a major holiday and luckily Drigo was available the same day to help me out and turn the water flow off since I was unable to do so. Since my water heater was assessed as unrepairable, Drigo made time to return later and install a new water heater the same day. So relieved and extremely satisfied!

My hot water boiler stopped producing hot water on a Sunday night.

Drigo responded to my urgent call for help on Sunday night. He is so experienced that he was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. It helps that my water boiler has a status code.
Instead of upselling me on a new water boiler, he recommended that i contact the equipment manufacturer to get new parts ( gas valve control and sensor chamber) covered under my warranty. He quoted and charged me for only labor to install the new parts.

Drigo once again saved the day. After my shower the shower handle which is the original 1940's handle wouldn't turn off. Had to turn off the main water line. Drigo squeezed me in, examined the ""stem"" and said that it was stripped. So he went to the plumbing supply store and was able to find a replacement. He also fixed our kitchen sink faucet handle that was wobblying around so that it now feels like new again. Drigo is a fantastic plumber as well as kind and competitive in price. He has taken care of a lot of issues in the past, snaking our bathtub, bathroom sink and downstairs laundry sink, as well as replaced pipes under the kitchen sink and a special project in the garage. Just got another great service from Drigo. My 12+ year old water heater stopped working and I know in my head it's the same thermocouple/pilot assembly in that Rheem water heater that's the issue. Drigo was already familiar with my water heater as he replaced the pilot assembly about 9 years ago. Now that my water heater is old and parts aren't quickly available, he gave me two options: order the part that needs to be replaced or replace the water heater. He made a good point that repair might not be worth it as the water heater itself is 12+ years old and is bound leak anytime soon. I went for the new water heater option. There was a bit of spacing challenge given it is in the corner of my garage, next to the furnace with the main drain line pipe being a bit of an obstruction, so he recommended the Bradford skinny water heater. He and his associate did the replacement within an hour. I couldn't thank him more for his fast and reliable service. Through the years, he has been by go-to guy as he is very honest and dependable. I truly recommend his services.

We had a busted water supply line into a toilet, and could not turn off the water at the toilet because the valve was stuck. Drigo was easy to talk with over the phone and when he arrived. He let us know that he could give a free estimate when he arrived. He offered me the option of replacing just the supply line or also replacing the shut off valve. We choose to replace both. His estimate was inline with other prices I had seen and he completed the work quickly and neatly. I Will definitely be calling back to get some other planned work done.

Drigo responded yesterday to my yelp request for a quote and schedule an appointment to fix a clogged kitchen sink with leaking pipes. I explained over the phone what was going on, and he recommended a straightforward fix; no upsell on an unnecessary and more expensive solution. He explained why he recommended the fix which was to run a snake cable to root out the blockage. He made time to stop by this morning and quickly fixed the clog and leak. He charged the original flat rate quote of $265. Drigo seems like a no nonsense and sensible plumber who genuinely just wants to do the right thing to simply take care of your plumbing problem.
