Drigo was great! He responded to my email and called me within an hour. I explained that I lived in Fremont and my mother needed a leaky toilet fixed at her house in Daly City. I told him I needed to make an appointment and meet him at the house. We made the appointment and he called me about 10 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. Drigo was right on time with the appointment. Drigo examined the leaky toilet, explained what he needed to do and gave me an estimate on the cost. Drigo completed the job and made sure all his work was cleaned up. Drigo was friendly and very professional. I definitely would recommend him.

Drigo attempted to snake a standpipe in my garage so that my washing machine can drain water properly again. He was unable to clear the line so he didn't charge me, but offered to schedule a return visit to remove sheetrock and investigate which parts needed replacing (most likely due to corrosion and can take 3-4 hrs). I took a different route this time, but highly recommend Drigo as he is committed to his work and clients. He was punctual, helpful, and took time to understand the issue before tackling on the job. Low pressure and no upsells. He was also one of the few plumbers willing to pay a visit from 6:30-7:30pm. Thanks!

It was Monday, March 11, when all hell broke loose. I woke up in the morning, turned on the hot water faucet in the shower and let the cold water wash over my hand so that I could sense the gushing water getting warmer and then hot until it reaches just the right temperature as any shower connoisseur would do. Only, this time, the water never got hot. It never even got warm. Nooooooooooooooooo-hooooo-hooo-hoo (deep breath) Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

My Sears water heater has died at the age of 13 years. Clearly it was time to get a new one. I called Sears but they could not get anyone out to install a new heater. I called a local plumber whom I had done business with in the past. He couldn't come until the next day. Finally I checked Yelp. I found Quality Plumbing and Drain Service who is very highly rated and I gave them a call. Drigo asked me to send him some pictures of my current water heater and asked me to text him my address. They arrived at the house in about an hour and a half with a brand new Rheem 40 gallon water heater that fit exactly where the Sears water heater was.

I think it took Drigo and his assistant only an hour to an hour-and-a-half to install. They were clean, professional, and courteous. And the price was very reasonable as well. I am very happy with the new Rheem water heater. And I am so grateful that Drigo was able to come over on such short notice. Well done!
