Drigo was amazing. My mother in-law water heater failed and I work and live an hour away. I had to put my trust in Drigo to visit her and install a new unit. Cost turned out to very fair and his work was exceptional.

Drigo visited her house this morning and I didn't pull the trigger until 4:30pm yet he pulled it off and by 7:30pm it was installed and running. My mother in-law was so so so happy.

I asked a friend for a plumber recommendation and she very enthusiastically passed along Drigo's information. I called and he was able to come out the next day! I had a great experience with him - he was very communicative, offered a two hour estimate of availability, gave me about a twenty minute heads up before arriving, and arrived nearly right on the dot.

Drigo was able to fix 1) my garbage disposal, quick fix, 2) clear the clog on my bathtub, and 3) change out my kitchen sink faucet, all in less than 90 minutes

Throughout the time, he was incredibly respectful, thorough and happy to answer any questions. He kept my living area as clean as he possibly could and seemed to give an honest and thoughtful perspective. He primarily serves the Daly City area but was able to fit me in along his route today (I live in San Mateo) and I'm so relieved he was able to. Just bought a home and had a few plumbing issues and some uncertainty. Did 3 bids around the bay area, and Drigo's consultation was the most professional, fastest, and the most honest. He was very straight forward of things we didn't actually have to upgrade at this time, while he was patient to ask my additional questions of alternative solutions, or weighing if we wanted to invest more now, or just replace a 20 year part. Drigo then spent a lot of time to answer additional questions over the phone with my husband, and it felt like I can lean on Drigo to provide the best recommendations for our home here in the long term. The work they did was great and by the time they were done, they left no trace that they were even here---except for all the upgraded solutions we had.

I wanted to make sure I had a trusty plumber that I can call when my new house has any issues, and Quality Plumbing checks all those boxes.

Our water heater broke late at night. Knowing that it's difficult to book a plumber on the day of, I scrambled to look for one. My friend highly recommended Quality Plumbing but I was still skeptical. Drigo took my call even though it was outside of his normal service window. He requested photos and got on the phone with me a few times before booking an appointment for the following day.

He called me the following morning to talk about the various water heater options. Instead of selling me the most expensive option, he gave me his honest opinion. We ended up picking the one that suited our family needs. He came during the scheduled window and took time to assess the situation before starting the work.
