I cannot honestly recommend this company to anyone. Drigo is a nice guy. He gave me a quote and stuck to it even though he spent more time than originally anticipated. The problem is... the plumber made a monumental mistake and fed a snake into an opposing bathroom... he realized when I told him ""excuse me the other bathroom has broken toilet everywhere."" He started shaking and after I calmed him down he resumed work. He did in fact get the toilet clear. But he dumped all the toilet water into the shower and clogged that in the process. After several hours he proclaimed ""I am done! I give up!"" And left. I currently have one shattered toilet that was working fine before he arrived. One shower full of fecal water. But at least he stayed true to his original price and cleared one toilet... I guess. I am a renter so my landlord showed up (English is not his primary language) and drigo swindled him and somehow got away with not paying for a new toilet. Instead I have to deal with all his mistakes. I will most likely be getting a lawyer for this situation and pursue legal action. But I figured you should know about my unfortunate run in with a company that is everything but quality!

In the past we have contacted a family friend for our plumbing issues, who was not available to look at our recent issues. From our first conversation Drigo provided excellent customer service, on the day of our appointment he arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and went above his call of duty to make sure our issues were resolved. He even called back later to ensure once we used our clothes washer a few times that everything continued to be ok.

I had plumbing/drain service before from other company but never thought of asking them again as I felt that a lot of things done are not really necessary. But with Drigo, he will take care of your needs and then the advice ( if needed )without any pressure. Highly recommended

I can't say enough GREAT things about Drigo. He has done several jobs for me but the most amazing service is when I came home and found my drain system backed up. He came to my house at 7pm and night and got everything back to normal by 9 pm. He told me he was on his way home for dinner when I called and that he would pass on dinner to get my situation resolved. Call Drigo and you won't be disappointed.

Drigo is great. He fixed our sewer connection. It was a huge job and involved demolishing concrete, digging down about 12 feet and replacing the pipe. He did it quickly, cleaned up each night so we didn't have to walk through the mess and tested everything thoroughly.

He's smart, hard working and wants you to have a good experience. We'd hire him again in a second.
