Very unprofessional, hard to get ahold of, and extremely difficult to work with.
When work was done on my house, they apparently didn't pull permits to do the work which is quite concerning because this means it also wasn't inspected for any sort of safety issues. I got a letter from the township stating that there were no permits, so i had to call everyday and leave a message until someone FINALLY answered the phone. I haven't been able to get ahold of them since and still haven't heard back from them. Their work was not up to code, and that was obvious to me even with someone with no experience in the field. They were slow to come out and were not accurate with their time frame for arrival. They need better ways to manage this business and actually do their job all the way and pull permits so I don't have to continually call them back out to my house to fix stuff they installed.

Junior plumbers came out to fix a clog. They couldn't and said their boss would follow up. Said boss never followed up. I near-spam call their number and finally get a call back from said boss, named Isaac, whose voice seemed annoyed that he had to deal with this. Isaac says he'll follow up tomorrow and come out to fix the issue. He never shows up the next day nor communicates that he can't make it. Never shows up nor communicates in the following days either. I call them and they say sorry and that Isaac will call me. He never does. I try again several days later to repeat the same shenanigans. It's been over 3 weeks since service was first requested; drain clogged still.

I gave them tons of time and was extremely patient in waiting, but the complete lack of professionalism deserves a bad review. Can't even get my home warranty company to drop them and assign the work to another plumbing company. Absolute incompetence between this plumber and the warranty company. Warranty company is American Home Shield, like the other reviewer with the horrible experience.

Stay away if you can.

We have used Quality Plumbing and Drain several times previously. We can count on them to be timely, efficient, and do quality work. Very conscientious.

I thought their charges were high for the work we had done(remove garbage disposal and replumb the drain but like everything else, that has increased, too.

Not impressed at all with the service we received! The gentleman that arrived to her home was very friendly My dogs liked him immediately and he tried an earnest to diagnose the situation. It was abundantly clear that this gentleman can unclog a toilet and pump your septic system but knows absolutely nothing about true plumbing! After watching him YouTube how to fix and diagnose a situation my husband finally diagnosed the problem and went to Lowe's to purchase the new bladder pressure tank! Good as new. Do not waste your money with this company

This company was hired by my Am Home Shield. I did not have a say in it. They came out on a Friday and where supposed to have a camera. They took the job and their camera was ""out of commission"" so I was told & that it needed to be approved by AHS (which it had been approved). They were there 4 days in a row and the situation only got worse. The male that works as a dispatch (Isaac) is the rudest most unprofessional person I have encountered. I was told by AHS that I had no choice in this company (I complained about the mess they left each time they came to my house, how I was made to wait as well as the fact they waited 5 days before they brought a camera -which they had to get from a different company). I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone! I also question AHS since I am the customer & paid for the contract with them but have no say in the quality of service providers they choose to enter my house
