I called James this morning as my sump pump was running continuously. He explained that it was time to replace it as the pump was older than 10 years. Then in an hour got back to me and said I could do it today and showed up at the time interval provided and undertook the replacement. He also did not trust the existing valves and hence bought new valves and replaced them. He gave me an estimate and even though he bought the valves he did not change his estimate. James is a professional plumber, does excellent meticulous work, and knows his subject well. I recommend him to anyone who wants to use his services. I have used James for over 15 years and love his customer service, promptness, and knowledge of plumbing and drains.

We had a broken water heater that needed to be dealt with immediately. I called on a Sunday, and James was able to come out immediately on Monday morning to replace it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick - hot water was on again that afternoon. The price he quoted was what he charged, and payment was straightforward. Working with him was smooth, communication was good, and he did what he said he would. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely use him again!
