I had quotes ranging from $1,050-$1,200 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. These guys quoted me about $850. They also replaced a worn out shut-off valve, but I still payed the price as quoted. I also like the fact that there is always someone answering the phone, since I'm usually getting someone's voice mail if they are taking their own calls. Jody who takes calls was very cordial, had no problem giving me a quote (other plumbers I called were not upfront), and was good about keeping me informed. The only complaint my tenant said was that they could've swept up some of the debris that was left on the walkway, but my tenant is super clean and tends to complain. I think these guys are overall honest and fair people, and i would gladly hire them again if needed.

Chris was awesome! We had a leaky valve and it was leaking over our new floors. Found Quality plumbing on yelp and Chris arrived in a flash. He fixed the issue and he was very courteous and thorough. These days it's very hard to find someone reliable. I would definitely use Chris' services again!

One Friday morning, I discovered my water heater leaking, so I started searching for plumbers. I had a different plumber come out who mentioned that I had a direct vent type water heater that was expensive (~$1,500) and hard to find. He contacted his supplier who indicated it would be a few days as he was all sold out, so the earliest I could get it fixed would be the following Tuesday. Being without hot water for a few days is not the best position to be in and after more excuses from the supplier and the plumber, I started looking for other plumbers.

That's when I found Chris with Quality Plumbing and Air. He came out either that Monday or Tuesday and started discussing options and then mentioned the idea of installing a tankless water heater. He suggested it because of the fact that even though they are about $2K+, with the rebates and tax incentives, it would be about the same price as this special direct vent water heater that the other plumber had me lined up for. I said yes, and the following day the new tankless water heater was up and running perfectly.

Since the guys spent the majority of the day there, I didn't want to pester them with other minor plumbing issues in the house (sink, leaky shower head, running toilet, etc.) so I just asked if we could set up another time to take a look at those. Chris said sure and his appointment-setter called me shortly thereafter to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I waited for them to come on the scheduled day, but they never did on that day. A little bit of a miscommunication (-1 star), but when they did come out, he fixed them in no time and for no charge!

Aside from a small miscommunication, these guys are trustworthy, honest, and do great work. I will definitely use them for any other plumbing problems I may have in the future.

After discovering a leak in a downstairs living room coming from the shower above, I contacted Quality Plumbing in the morning based on yelp reviews. I was given a 2-hour window that afternoon, and Chris came during the window. He was professional and courteous, and even covered his shoes before entering the house. He proceeded to quickly diagnose and repair the problem, and charged a very reasonable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him.

After reading so many stellar reviews, when I need a plumber I called. After leaving a message, I received a quick call back from the answering service. After explaining it was a plumbing emergency, she said Chris would call back soon.

He never called. Never. I fear many of the other reviews have been put there by friends and/or family. A plumber who never returns a call for an emergency is as worthless as they come.

First off, this is my very first review on Yelp. Normally I only read reviews but I felt so compelled to write this review that I created an account and now I'm writing the review.

Chris and Dan were awesome, super friendly and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed my central air problem quickly and for an extremely reasonable rate. I will definitely use them again. I'm planning to do my preventive maintenance with them. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed or feel ripped off by them.

Okay, these guys were great. The fan on our AC unit was continually on despite the fact that the thermostat was not trying to heat or cool the house. Dan and Chris came down within the specified time window (right about the middle) and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. They fixed the problem, gave me some recommendations for the future, and were on their way. No pressure up-selling, very courteous, professional, and clean. Highly recommended.

Good service is hard to find. Excellent service is almost extinct. I am so thankful that I found Quality Plumbing and Air on Yelp. I was able to make an appointment rather quickly and he was right on time. He was very honest, thorough, and ended up saving me a lot of money.

I really appreciated his honesty and timeliness, as well as, great savings. I will be using Quality Plumbing and Air again in the future!

Chris is simply the best plumber & electrician I have found in the past 30 years. His prices are more than fair and he is honest. My only complaint is that he is so popular he tends to run late on his schedule. Aside from that if you have the patience he is worth the wait.

Chris did a great job and my newly bought condo. I had a new refrigerator bought and the delivery guys couldnt install the water hose to the water valve because it was either broken or loose. I call quality plumbing and Chris called back right away. He was on time and a very nice guy. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Great plumber with reasonable price. I would definitely call back for any issues.
