Recommended Customer Reviews

My review from 2012 remains 5 star consistent but given the level of customer service we received I wanted to update my review. My father in law has Alzheimer's and as such this can present an issue for service people. he had a broken pipe and my husband and I were on business travel but called Chris since he has been servicing our home for a few years now. As always, Chris & team are friendly, honest and professional thus have been able to come/go from his residence in the repair process without my husband and I having to take off work...this is huge! Thank you Quality Plumbing for offering state of the art service with a hands on family touch!

They took care of our issue quickly. Professional, polite and down to business! They completed the install the Home Depot installers refused to problem solve.

Came out quickly but once we figured that the issue wasn't fixed I couldn't get a call back. We work with kids with disabilities and had clients quit over how hot it is at our facility. Had a friend move a couple of ceiling tiles and saw that one of the main ducts is not connected. Why didn't they check that? Seems like a routine check.
Not satisfied. Have another tech coming over to connect the duct and hopefully they will be better.

DO NOT GO HERE
I hade a water problem and they came out to fix it for but one part was the wrong size they say they will come back in two days!!!!! It's now been 3 weeks they don't answer the phones. I got a call back last Friday saying they will be at my place between 10-2 no call no show. I lost a day of work so I'm telling everyone do not go to Quality plumbers

Its hit or miss with these guys to say the least. If you can get them to your house and the job doesn't require them to come back and they can finish it the first time out then your good. We used them a couple times for clogged drain issues. They came over and got it done in 15 minutes and it was good as new. Well, a few months later we had a real problem. So my wife asked me to call those guys that fixed our drain. Ok, so I called and left a message ~ no response. A couple days later same thing, I called and left a message~ no response. So I wait a couple days call back for the third time and leave a message and sure enough~no response. Now I have to be honest with you, one does not really get that very often in southern California due to it being such a competitive market. We thought it was just us, however after we checked yelp (don't ask us why we didn't do it first off) we came to the conclusion that this is their m.o. and that apparently they pull this crap on everybody at some point or another. If its not a big job give them a shot, however if its serious and its time sensitive I would recommend you go with a professional company.

These guys are incredible. We called them about our water heater after they did a great job a few months ago with our A/C. Just like they did last time they fixed the problem in NO TIME and for a VERY reasonable price. We will be customers for life because these people are very good and very honest! Thank you!

Excellent service !
On time. Professional.
Really knew what he was doing.
Fixed my heat/AC unit really fast ( bad transformer part inside).
Then cleared my drains (they were backed up in the sinks ).
The price was HALF of what an Electrician charged me yesterday just to change a breaker !

Beware of using them, read this experience first. We've used them a couple times for our furnace and A/C in the past year. In mid July, we opted to replace our 20 y.o. AC unit due to leaking freon. They were quick to replace the A/C unit at a reasonable price. However, by Labor Day, we only had warm air blowing out. My husband and I left several messages to finally reach them by Thursday. Don't expect returned calls no matter how many messages or if it's an emergency. Chris finally came on Friday to add freon, more than expected on a new unit. Also, don't expect him to be on time or to call you with a new time. By that Sunday, it was blowing warm air again. After 3-4 messages for 3 days, he finally answered my call saying he would be at my house at 5:30 on Thursday. Left work early to meet him as he finally showed at 7pm with no call. He finally decided to use leak detector and return between 10-11am on Friday, so I stayed home from work. He eventually showed up at 1pm with no calls. Since I waited all morning, while I was out running an errand, he showed up and did something to make it work again. Assuming he just added more freon and looked in my attic where the air handler resides. Once again, warm air blowing by Sunday. After 3-4 messages again for 5 days straight, he decided to never call me again. Jodi, who answers the phone even paged him several times for me with no luck to receiving a returned call. By Friday, I called another A/C company that diagnosed our problem within an hour and replaced our air handler 2 days later as a rush job. Very disappointed in the lack of response or ownership in running a business. We were very patient knowing that it was a very busy and hot month, however, it is completely inconsiderate and rude to not return calls or consistently be late for appointments with no call. We wanted to give business to a local company but never expected this experience after spending OVER $2000 for a new AC unit during the heat of the summer. At the end of the day, it was not about the money but actually getting our AC working again.

I had a slab leak about a month ago and they sent out one of their guys to look at it. We talked about either rerouting the supply line, which would have required a lot of very messy drywall work, or relining the original pipe with epoxy. I was told that they would get back to me with a quote for the epoxy job (which they would subcontract out), but they never called me back. I left messages at their office every day for a week and a half, but they completely blew me off.
The one star goes to their receptionist, who seemed nice when I called the first time.

These guys are very hit or miss. The first time out they did a fair job, although they were about 4 hours late. But a few days later when I had a related problem, they were missing in action. No return calls, and if you did get them on the phone Chris (the owner) would promise to call back but never would. Save your time and use a professional that returns their calls and stands behind their work.
