Very happy with my service today.

My AC died and the owners were able to squeeze me in the very next day after realizing I'd be stuck in 90 degree heat without any relief.

They were perfectly on time. Identification and repair of the problem took literally 5 minutes. Price was quite reasonable.

I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call them if I have issues with my AC in the future.

Thanks Chris and Jody at Quality! My AC stopped working on hottest day yet. Called and Jodi scheduled appt for next day due to volume of service calls. She called and confirmed he was on his way. He showed up on time and got right to work. Found issue quickly (bad transformer) and fixed it within 1/2 hour of arriving.

He charged $109 for service call and part. I thought that was very reasonable since others like Sears charge up to $150 for service call alone.

My central A/C unit stopped producing cold air on a hot day. I called ""Quality Plumbing and Air"" at around 1:00 PM. To my surprise, I was told that someone could be at my place between 3:00 and 5:00 that same day! Within 5 minutes of arriving at my house, Chris had an idea as to what the problem was. Fifteen minutes later, my A/C was working fine. Chris explained what he did. I know a little bit about electrical work and A/C components and so I knew that Chris was not making things up. He also mentioned that my A/C unit was old & tired. Yet he never pushed me into having more work done. I like it when people are honest and not pushy. Plus, the cost was VERY fair. And that is why I will call Quality Plumbing & Air for my future needs.

I had a leaky hose bib that was wasting water; I had to get it fixed right away. I called Quality Plumbing to see if they could help me; Chris was out right away and fixed the leaky hose bib. He came out and completed the work without payment up front, which was phenominal since he had no track record with me. I would highly recommend Chris for any plumbing jobs you may have.

I'm sorry to have to write this review. My first experience with Quality was prior to buying my home. The inspection revealed a problem with the heat, so based on the Yelp reviews, I called Quality. They came out for a free inspection and estimate. As soon as I closed escrow, I scheduled them to do what we hoped would be a minor repair. Chris was a little late, but he did call to give me a revised time, and once he arrived he was quick, courteous, and professional and did the job for slightly under his estimate. Unfortunately afterward we found that it needed more work. I don't critique him for that - the first repair had to be done in order to reveal the 2nd problem. I called back three times to try to schedule the follow-up repair, but never got a call back. On the third call, the woman who answers the phone was very apologetic and said she'd page him, but after several more days without heat I gave up. I had hoped to get the work done and write a very positive review, but failure to even return a phone call is very unprofessional and discourteous in my book. So I guess this is a mixed review: When they arrive as expected, they're good, but getting them there shouldn't be that tough.

I am VERY unhappy with this plumber. I called him to fix a gas leak in my barbeque line. That was over two months ago. The line is still leaking according to the gas company. He's been back three times to ""fix"" it over that time, and it has taken me placing a minimum of 20 calls to his office to get him back out here. He doesn't show up when he says he's going to and doesn't call back when you leave messages. Totally unprofessional. He did the plumbing for our kitchen remodel and was recommended by the store where we purchased our appliances; I had to call them to get him to respond to my phone calls. I would not recommend using him under any circumstances!

My AC died on one of the hottest days in OC and Chris came the following day and hooked me up.
Jody and Chris were very accomodating with my schedule and worked around it.
The service was great, they're very friendly people and got the job done quick and painless.
I also called around 4 other places in the area and they had by far the best price. Not sure if its a standard thing that all AC places do, but Chris is coming back in a few days to check on the Freon levels.
I highly recommend to anyone needing AC work done.

I called several companies before I decided to try Quality Plumbing and Air. There pricing was much more reasonable than their competitor and after working with QP&A is dicovered that their very honest and fair. I'm a do it yourslefer and Nick had no problem working with me and giving me pointers. I have already recomended them to a neighbor who had some AC problems yesterday. their a great family owned business and their work show it.

I looked up the top-rated plumbers in Irvine on Yelp for some work I needed done. Specifically, I needed a part replaced on my bathroom sink (which was leaking), my food disposal unit replaced, and a valve replaced on my toilet, which had problems flushing. I called the eight highest rated plumbers on Yelp, and gave them all the information. The going rate for this work for seven of the eight was $ 325-375 plus parts. Quality gave me a much lower quote of $ 130 for the sink and labor, but not including the disposal.

They came out the next day and were here right at the beginning of their two hour window. They spent less than an hour and got everything replaced. The disposal unit was a reasonable $ 130 (no markup!) and the total was $ 260, a pretty big savings over their competitors. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I called to get some advise before installing a floor. Chris checked for leaks and told me what to lay down to prevent moisture. When I asked what I owed he said to call next time we need a plumber. Hope I never have to call but if I do it will be this company.
