I walked outside to my garage this morning and found the mass amount of water all over the place. My first thought that maybe it was the sprinklers hitting the garage and flooding the garage that way. But after pulling some items while out I was cleaning my garage I noticed another puddle that was forming. They seem to be coming from the water softener system for the house. The company that installed it was out of business...I Could not find the owner of the company. His phone numbers were disconnected so I called the Aaron the plumber.

Aaron was available by phone. He immediately answered his phone today on Veterans Day. He said he could come over sometime today and disconnect it so it wouldn't leak anymore.

Aaron showed up timely and did the job. He Removed the water softening system and fixed the pipes so they would be closed off and working properly.

He's very courteous, attentive, professional and knows what he's doing and he's reasonably priced.

Oh I forgot to mention that he also replumbed my bathroom shower when I remodeled my bathroom. He did a fantastic job with that too! That was a few years ago.

I highly recommend Aaron and Quality Mechanical Plumbing for any plumbing jobs you might have.

Had an issue trying to remove the cartridge in our Hansgrohe shower control. Had been in place for 10 years, and started dripping. Couldn't get the cartridge out. A friend told me about Aaron, so I called him yesterday, and he was willing to come out the same day later in the day, but we were committed to an event. Agreed to come today, came earlier than expected, and was able to get the cartridge out (after reefing on it for nearly 5 minutes using all his strength). Once out, completed the reassembly in 10 minutes or less, fixed a couple of things the original plumber missed, and on to his next job. VERY impressed with Aaron. As owner of his business, he displayed great care and respect for me as a new client, and his fee was extremely fair. Will definitely refer him to anyone looking for a qualified, professional and courteous plumber who shows up on time, does the job, and leaves his customer feeling happy they called him.

Will not be using them again. Got charged 168.00 labor for a 10 minute job. When I questioned Aaron about it, he informed me that he got the wrong Kohler part the first time and had to drive to another place to get it. It took 10 minutes to install. When I pressed the issue, he said ""well, you should have done it yourself !""

I wouldn't know. I booked an appointment with Aaron and he never showed up. I texted and he said he would call me the next morning. Never called. Fortunately I found someone else. Ferguson's had recommended this company for fixture installation. Don't think so...

Unfortunately the second time I used Aaron he was going to charge well over $200 to add a second option for each of 2 hose/water outlets. He sent others to do the job. I will not call him again.
