Had an issue trying to remove the cartridge in our Hansgrohe shower control. Had been in place for 10 years, and started dripping. Couldn't get the cartridge out. A friend told me about Aaron, so I called him yesterday, and he was willing to come out the same day later in the day, but we were committed to an event. Agreed to come today, came earlier than expected, and was able to get the cartridge out (after reefing on it for nearly 5 minutes using all his strength). Once out, completed the reassembly in 10 minutes or less, fixed a couple of things the original plumber missed, and on to his next job. VERY impressed with Aaron. As owner of his business, he displayed great care and respect for me as a new client, and his fee was extremely fair. Will definitely refer him to anyone looking for a qualified, professional and courteous plumber who shows up on time, does the job, and leaves his customer feeling happy they called him.

Will not be using them again. Got charged 168.00 labor for a 10 minute job. When I questioned Aaron about it, he informed me that he got the wrong Kohler part the first time and had to drive to another place to get it. It took 10 minutes to install. When I pressed the issue, he said ""well, you should have done it yourself !""

I wouldn't know. I booked an appointment with Aaron and he never showed up. I texted and he said he would call me the next morning. Never called. Fortunately I found someone else. Ferguson's had recommended this company for fixture installation. Don't think so...

Unfortunately the second time I used Aaron he was going to charge well over $200 to add a second option for each of 2 hose/water outlets. He sent others to do the job. I will not call him again.

It's been a couple years since I yelped about the #BestPlumberinCoachella that's right! I would never call anyone but Quality Mechanical Plumbing! Today was his 4th or 5th time to come fix something. I had a toilet leaking from the bottom needing a new seal. I called last night and Aaron showed up today! I was so happy to see him! I love his VIP treatment and fair prices on plumbing! And he is a cool guy! I had really expensive plumbers before I found him and they weren't that good either. If there is something wrong, he will find it and get it fixed! His staff is very nice too. Can I just say how ""Amazing"" this company is! Don't bother calling any other plumbers. I have been in Property Management for over 25 years, they are the best #plumbers in #Coachella. Aaron and his team at Quality mechanical were a pleasure to deal with. He arrived promptly and fixed my toilet and installed a garbage disposal. And he will be handling all of my plumbing problems from here on out.
He came back and install a new faucet and garbage disposal added a out side water spicket so I can wash down my patio easily. He did a great job.
