OK i'm not one for complaining on line about how stupid and irresponsible people or business are but i needed some plumbing work done on the back faucet for outside which was all original and needed to be replaced as well as the valve for it which runs into the garage, so we contacted quality, mind u the're literally down the street from me to come and give an estimate of the cost. I believe it was nick russo who came and took at look,stated he will get back to me for an estimate. Ok it literally took them 3 weeks or more to call me back. That's the first strike, then we made an appointment for them to come out this monday to do it. I move all my stuff in the garage over so they can get to the valves. Now its thursday and they still haven't shown up or called. If these people don't give a shit about customer service or doing a job then why be in business. I mean really if you cant do it just say so or reschedule, just goes to show you the lack of care and disregard for others. Will not do business with them again.

We have been renting a house and the owners have a maintainance program with Quality. Last time it was the humidifier pad that hadn't been changed for the past five years ,and caused a water leak . Quality charged me for it , even though it should have been their job to change the pad during maintenance .
2 weeks later the pipe on the humidifier broke and caused a water leak. The technician didn't have the copper pipe for replacement, but they charged me for $179.73 for diagnostic ! Next time they came to actually replace the pipe , it was another $200.
I will never call them again for sure !
