Jamie G.We are giving this company a one star only because the lady that answers the phone was kind and helpful. The plumbers were dismissive, uncommunicative and spoke to us with disrespect. They were supposed to show up on a Friday afternoon and never did. They never called with an explanation. They just didn't show up in an emergency situation. The water ran all weekend. When we called them on a Monday they were defensive and never offered an apology for not showing up. They were going to charge us an astronomical amount. We then called another plumber who immediately came and turned off the water. They were kind and charged us half the amount.
