They arrived early (but called ahead to make sure that was okay). They were friendly, professional, and efficient. These guys are great! At first when they responded to a Yelp quote request, I was a little bit unsure just because Zav is a man of few words, terse, and to the point. No salesey come on Pitch, no flowery language, but, the price was right and the strong reviews on Yelp let me a feeling of confidence.

So listen, I'm not going to pump it up, my problem was a relatively small, but very visible bit of dry rot on a tricky roof eave or fascia i'm not even sure what the hell it's called too, but that's why I call Handyman LOL. Plus my wife was not okay with it and wasn't failing to remind me every few days or so so I needed some help pronto.

So we arranged the time, and let me tell you these guys arrived a couple minutes early freaking exactly on the dot, good communication through the Yelp chat, and I appreciated that. It gets even better, these guys diagnosed the problem, and thoughtfully put together the best approach, and they were very cool and friendly to boot. Usually when I have to hire for work like this, there's always a small interior feeling of, man I must be getting ripped off here or these guys don't really know what the f they're doing, but I felt none of that with Zev and arsen, only very secure that they would be able to help my situation.

I should add that a good number of the quote requests I received consisted of, ""we don't really do that work"" and exorbitantly high prices. Homie don't play that.

I should tell you that the level of care and execution that these guys provided, will ensure that in the future should I have additional needs even small projects, they will be the first company that I contact, no matter what.

So when the job was complete, I was astounded at how good the work was, the freaking area looks brand new, and it is very visible right at the front of the house so my wife of course was well pleased, and therefore by extension, I was well pleased.

Look if you need a professional to do a large variety of work, I would certainly feel confident recommending quality home repair. You won't regret it. And your wife will thank you :)

The other reviews are absolutely right, Zav and Arsen do excellent work. They respond quickly, do their work efficiently, and get the job done. I had them adjust 3 of my doors because they were not shutting properly. They also hung a heavy mirror on a wall. Great work and competitive price. I would definitely call them again for anything needing repair on the interior of my home. They will repair anything except for countertops.
