I did some repairs on my wall heater myself, but wasn't 100% certain I'd done them correctly and safely, so I had Michael come over and take a look. He assured me that it was working well and safely, and he didn't charge too much for the consultation/peace of mind he gave me. It was a pleasure working with him and would certainly use him again.

Thank you Michael for all the hard work you did installing my kitchen plumbing after our remodel! Our house is over 100 years old and has had various plumbing fixes over the years. There were many little parts and pieces that needed replacing. We were worried we might not be able to have hook up of all the appliances we wanted: filtered water, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Micheal was kind enough to fit us in when my Mother's furnace stopped blowing heat. He went out of his way and worked after hours to make sure my Mother had heat. I will definitely call him again. I highly recommend him.

A rat made a nest in our furnace, and it ceased functioning. The technician diligently tested all furnace functions and narrowed the issue to the circuit board (which the nest sat on). He tried to clean the board to avoid the cost of replacement, but was unable to get it working due to the excessive rat activity. He had a replacement ordered and installed within a day and a half. He sealed possible rat entry points, inspected our hot water heater to see if it was vulnerable, and provided expert advice on two issues with our furnace related to improper original installation, which he remedied at very low cost.

We were very happy with the quality of the work, the service we received, and the fair price. Communication was fast and clear. Couldn't recommend Quality Heating and Cooling more strongly.

Woke up to no hot water and couldn't get the pilot light on the water heater going. Texted Michael at 8:30 AM. Its now 2:15 PM, and I have hot water again. Anyone else would have acted like we were a huge bother and charged us all sorts of ""emergency"" fees and probably would have insisted on selling us something we didn't need. Michael didn't do any of those things. Once again, he came through with professionalism, friendliness and more than fair pricing. Quality Heating & Cooling is a gem of a company, and once again I am really glad Michael is my HVAC guy!

Michael came out to help us with our floor heater in our cottage in PG. We had initially called PG&E but their service tech told us that it wasn't a pilot light issue or thermostat, and recommended we call a contractor. After reading the many positive yelp reviews, l used the app on yelp but didn't find that method effective for me. So I called his company directly and I followed Michael's instructions to text him as this would be a faster way of reaching him. He texted back quickly and was able to come by after a job he was finishing and was near my home. After talking to us he got started with his inspection and found there was no actual replacement needed, just removal of deposits from the gas valve and adjusting the opening. The heater started working again. He stayed to test several times to be sure there was no other issues. He is local and active in the community, I like knowing he's 100% invested here. I like supporting local businesses. We were happy with his service.
