Michael is perhaps the best contractor I've ever dealt with. Sorry Mike... this review is about a year late... Anyway. We needed a water heater swapped out and I wanted to go tankless. Excellent choice for installation, maintenance and emergency repairs for any heating, cooling or plumbing job. Self-employed ""one man shop"" business so when you call you're talking with the person that will do the job and determine the costs. The rates are fair and Michael made every effort to get us a quality repair at the lowest cost using the manufacturer's warranty for the original parts that failed. The additional products used for piping were high quality selections which saves the most money over time. A cheap copper piece was replaced with an excellent upgraded segment of stainless steel flex piping. Quality is in the name for a reason but it's still an affordable service.

I did some repairs on my wall heater myself, but wasn't 100% certain I'd done them correctly and safely, so I had Michael come over and take a look.
