Micheal and the team at Quality Heating & Cooling are the best! I've used them to replace a water heater and plumbing work at my house in Pacific Grove. Just used them for an unusual request of getting a broken lock off a storage shed door. Keep this company in your cell phone contacts and you won't regret it at all!

I needed a furnace repair on short notice. I called and spoke to the owner, Michael. He found a spot same day which helped me. Michael and Nathan were able to diagnose the problem and got the furnace working temporarily while they obtained the proper part. They were polite, on time, cared about my schedule by calling ahead and were very professional as well as knowledgeable. Their prices were reasonable and their time was spent efficiently. Michael has saved our backsides more than once. As a small business owner it's good to know that there are local, like-minded folks who both empathize and understand the plight of fellow small business owners. I shutter to think about what could have happened had Michael and Jimmy didn't go out of their way to fix a broken water heater line in the urgent manner in which they did. Could have cost us thousands in damage. Quality is right!

I had a broken upstairs wall furnace, had PG&E come out to try to get it working, and after finding that the pilot light wouldn't stay lit, was recommended to call Quality Heating & Cooling and I want to pay that recommendation forward. Michael is professional, communicative, and quick to get the work scheduled. Cody came out to fix the furnace, was very friendly, was quick to determine the cause of the problem and come up with a solution, and was very clear when explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed with me. I'll definitely be calling these guys in the future when I need their services!

I can't say enough good things about Quality Heating & Cooling. We had a horrible situation where raccoons got under our house and destroyed all the ducting underneath our house. Micheal came out to do an inspection and got an estimate out right away. He and his crew came out to do the job; all super friendly and hard-working. There was an additional issue that he found when they finished the job; he communicated that with me, and let me know that a part would be ordered. With all the supply chain issues, Micheal was in constant communication with me about the status/updates. Cody came to replace the part, and made sure that the job was complete before he left for the day. The fact that Micheal and his team were able to get this all done as fast as they could in the Winter, was such a lifesaver. I would recommend Quality Heating & Cooling to anyone local -- excellent customer service and work done!

Permit signed off today by county inspector for new furnace + ducts in crawlspace placed by Michael and his crew. They were professional and courteous, and Michael very patiently answered my many questions to choose the right furnace (his diagrams and easy-to-understand explanations were very helpful). Also easy to communicate via text + calls.
