I had an HVAC failure in a rental apartment I own. Since I am en engineer, I diagnosed the problem to be a bad 24VAC transformer that was fried by a shorted Contactor inside the Central AC unit on the roof. Since I am 75 years old, I wanted someone else to climb a ladder to replace the contractor. The repairs took 2 hours and cost me $898 !!! Quality made it seem like the most challenging diagnosis even though I told them up front what I thought was wrong. They justified the price by claiming that the parts cost a few hundred dollars. I found them on Amazon for a total of $60, which made their claim deceptive. It also meant they charged me over $400 an hour!!! That is USURY!!!!I Worse, Sam miscommunicated to me (deliberate???) that the job was going to be $464. I have another rental in the same building that had similar problem. I bought the parts from Amazon, and paid another guy $100 for doing the same work.

Literally the most AMAZING customer service we have ever experienced!!!! Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, with two little ones in the house it was absolutely unbearable. Despite our best efforts we couldn't get the temp below 90 degrees. Caroline and Emily received our call (we had called 12 other companies to no avail), heard our situation, and even tho they were so slammed they made it happen and saved us by sending Sam!!! Can't say enough about their compassion and grace. We are now customers for life, thank you so much!!

Our heater stopped working today and we were in the middle of a snow storm with below zero weather for the next 3 days. Emilio and James came through after hours to get our heat working again! I am grateful for these guys because I have kids and pets that depend on this heat during times like this! Very professional and quick! Excellent customer service, above and beyond!

Nice people, and there prices used to be reasonable. Something has definitely changed. Of 7 quotes to replace my AC they were by far the highest. And just so were comparing apples to apples, they quoted me $4,000 more than another company for the EXACT same unit (same brand, size, warranty, etc.). I have no doubt they do good work, but get more estimates before proceeding.

We had quality first out to install a few different things. First they did our insta-hot and they did a great job! So we had them back to install an air conditioning unit, whole house humidifier and a whole house water filter. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome of all the jobs they completed! We will definitely be using them again for the next plumbing job we need!
