We are truly spoiled when we have our HVAC systems working properly. But when your unit decides that it does not want to work anymore and you call out other techs to troubleshoot the problem and they don't fix the problem but still collect your hard earned money. Mike on the other hand is a true professional, he took the time to make sure I was going to be happy with the choice I made. He was prompt, delivered what he promised and more. I would highly recommend this company, not just because they installed a new unit for me but the quality of service he provides goes a long way. You can tell Mike works with the highest integrity and he values his name and service he provides. I cannot wait to refer this company to friends and family; as I was referred to them as well. I have nothing but praise for Mike Simon and Quality First Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.! I have used their services three times in the last two years and can assure you that the services provided consistently live up to the name - Quality First!

In July 2016, I called my former HVAC provider when an AC unit at a rental property failed, only to be told it would be two weeks before they could get out to service it. I then called Quality First Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. on the recommendation of my property management company. Mike and a helper came out the very next day and promptly diagnosed the problem, a blown fuse in the super hot attic, which they replaced. In addition, they thoroughly serviced both AC units. The service was outstanding and the bill was very reasonable.

The quality service continued in the two subsequent visits. Mike has responded promptly and very professionally. He is very focused on the problem(s) at hand, demonstrates that he is both knowledgeable and capable of diagnosing and resolving the problems in a timely manner. It helps that he has commonly-needed parts on his truck. He immediately provides a printed invoice detailing the services provided, and all this at a very reasonable price!

I highly recommend the outstanding professional services provided by Mike Simon and Quality First Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to anyone looking for QUALITY plumbing and HVAC services at a reasonable price.

We gave these guys an unusual and daunting task to clear my drain. Normal processes to snake the drain couldn't solve my problem. They had to cut through my septic tank lid and snake back from there and were successful and at a very reasonable charge.
Manager (possibly owner) came to the site to lend his expertise on a pretty hot (mid to high 90's) day.

They called me at work to get an ok to use more force to pry/cut the tank lid saying they may break it. They were obviously very careful because it was still intact.

Really pleased with their ""won't let this beat us"" attitude. Appreciate their professionalism while dealing with me (over the phone) my daughter and wife onsite.
Will definitely call them again when I need plumbing, A/C, and/or heating work done.

After Accurate Leak Locators was sent out to unclog a drain by our Auto Club home owner insurance and charged us $800 for a job they couldn't finish, we called Quality First ourselves. They not only got the job done, they did it for significantly less than what we paid to the first plumbers. We will be letting our insurance adjuster know just how ineffective their contractors are and to start using Quality First! Great job!
