TL;DR: Bob Zamaroni and crew did an excellent job in replacing my aging cast-iron sewer line with a PVC + trenchless system. The pricing was competitive, they were prompt, and I'm happy with the final result.
I called Bob after I had an emergency back-up in my sewer line and had Roto rooter come in to clean it up. I found that I needed to replace an aging cast iron sewer and an old underground sewer from ages ago. Roto Rooter and another company came in with exorbitant quotes and so we reached out to Bob to get another quote.
Though this project happened entirely after the COVID-19 lockdown (with all the chaos), Bob was prompt and his pricing was competitive. His crew performed a professional job, covering a larger portion of the sewer system than Roto Rooter and the other company. I'm happy with the workmanship. Finally, I cross-checked his quote with someone I trust and we concluded that it was competitive.
Bob's crew finished their work promptly, their workmanship looks professional, and we are very happy to have gone with him. Finally, Bob is licenced.

Quality first did a GREAT job for me. They were on time, did the job correctly and were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Bob came out and did a great job explaining what I was seeing on the monitor when he and his asst. sent a camera down the line. They really helped me understand the sewer line condition, the nature of the obstructions, and ideas to cut down on maintenance. Bravo!

Scott's awesome! The home warranty sent out Reilly who could not find the cleanout even after being directed to the appropriate location(s). Scott came out the next day, found all the cleanout, ran a camera, cleaned out the line and even moved some of the tanbark which was covering the front cleanout! For a secondary issue, Reilly's guy removed a water softener drainout from a pipe and ""capped the open pipe"". This stopped a sewage backup opening, but then the water softener did it's purge and GALLONS of water poured out under the house. Again, Scott to the rescue!!! Thanks Scott!!!

Bob was timely, professional and great to work with. He cleared our line, sent a camera down our sewer main and followed up with a clear description of what was going on. Not only did Bob make suggestions for a long-term fix, he proposed an idea that would ultimately save a lot of money in the the future - coordinating with our local municipality to put in a property line cleanout so we wouldn't have to continue to foot the bill for plumbing. As discussions with the city started, he offered to come back to my property at no charge and talk to the city about the best way to approach cleanout placement. Very happy with Bob's services. Definitely will be using him again.

My mother-in-law had a clogged pipe in her house so I called Quality First Plumbing and spoke with Bob. He sent out Robert and Scott, both very professional and knowledgeable. They had the problem solved shortly and even went the extra step to figure out why the clog keeps reoccurring. Once they were done they cleaned up and made sure everything was put back the same way as when they got there. We could not be happier with Bob and his crew and we definitely recommend Quality First Plumbing.

These guys are awesome. If you have a little patience and schedule them in they will get the job done. I can't say enough of how they did many jobs for me and saved me so much money. Once I had a busted sewer line and they have this new method called pipe bursting and slides a new one inside the old. Another company quoted me $6000 and Bob did it for $4000. He just finished a job at my house, snaked a line, fixed a toilet leak, replaced a leaking drain line, replaced a water filter, fixed a faucet, fixed a slow leak in a shower, fixed a sink drain line and did everything in a few hours. He is also very honest about costs where other plumbers try to upsell and add many other things he just suggests only what you need and I would trust Bob 100% with all my plumbing jobs.
I can't imagine why people are giving bad reviews unless they might have a bad attitude.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

I can not fathom a worse plumber than Bob Zamaroni. We hired him to do a trenchless plumbing job at our house. He came over twice to camera the line and we paid him $2500 to complete the work. He was unprofessional and rude when he arrived but we had no choice but to finish the job since WE, not Bob, had already dug the holes for him- he refuses to dig holes even though the bulk of his job requires him to work underground or under a house. 2 months later, we found out that our washing machine line had not been reconnected to the new pipe that he installed so I called him, at least 10 times, before he finally called me back and came out to assess his mistake. AGAIN, he refused to dig any hole to fix HIS error, so we had to dig another hole so he could go in and connect the washing machine line that was just dumping water under our house. If you can believe it, 2 mos after that, we started having kitchen sink back-ups and called another plumber to check out the problem and lo and behold, Bob did not hook up our kitchen sink line either, so that too was just dumping water under our house. I called him again to come out, he answered only because I blocked my number and he was very apologetic and admitted he never checked for the line, just assumed it connected under the house. He said he would check his schedule and call me back with a time to come out and I have never heard from him again. Of course, when I call him, it goes straight to voicemail and his inbox is full so I can't leave a message. His answering service is a joke too, they just take messages and NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU BACK. I have incurred $1000's of dollars in repair costs because of Bob Zamaroni's incompetence and will likely need to sue him to recoup my losses. STEER CLEAR OF THIS GUY, HE IS A HACK AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Check his BBB rating, he has another complaint that was resolved but I'll be visiting them next, so that will make 2. This guy should NOT be in business.

I have two homes and I have been using Quality First Plumbing for a little over 1 year. Scott is amazing. Every-time I have an issue or just need to install a dishwasher or toilet I ask for Scott. He is efficient and he knows what he is doing. He never steers me the wrong way he is always truthful and and he is honest and I trust him. I will use will always use this company. I have recommended him to my parents and my sister and they both agree,

I had a similar experience as the others that posted one star. We had a clog that needed snaking. Our first plumber removed the toilet, but couldn't reach the clog. He cleaned the area and moved the toilet to the side, So that half the job was done.
Well, a plumber from Quality First Plumbing showed up on time for my appointment. He snaked the toilet with no problem, but informed me he was certain there was a problem with the line itself--we were sure to get future clogs. He set the toilet over the hole, took my $100 and told me the owner would be back later that day to camera the line for free. The owner would complete the reseating of the toilet and caulk it.
I won't bore you with details. A month passed and my toilet still wasn't properly seated (no new ring. No screws to even hold it in place...) and it definitely hadn't been caulked. Did I call? Yes! More times than I can count! Did I reach anyone? Yes. They promised to come out three times, but never did. I had to pay another plumber $125 to finish the job. I'm not happy and definitely not recommending this company.
