So happy w the water heater, we had a stainless steel sink removed, and, replaced by First Quality, w a deeper, white enamel sink and faucet, along w replacing the under sink water shut off and line to a new disposal. Loving it! Such great plumbers! Next is new shower heads!

Once again Quality First Plumbing came to my rescue. We had a major leak between the walls causing some damage. We had to shut off our water supply to the house. We were without water for 12 hours. Quality came out right away after my call and were very professional, organized, courteous, and reasonable. Thank you Quality Plumbing.

TK (woman) called and left a message for me. I called back and a man answered and identified himself with initials that I did not make out. During our painful 5 minute conversation this is what happened. It's 11:30 and he says that he can come out from 12 to 1. I say great, I have a few errands to run can I meet you at the house a little before 1? He pauses and says, no, I can meet you from 1-3. Schedules, I get it. So I ask, if he can be out from 12-1 and he quickly says yes. So I say it's 11:30 now and i'll wait for you till 1 PM, ok? He pauses, and says no. Maybe I threw him a curveball with the 11:30. This back and forth goes on. As i'm trying to figure out what he's muttering, he gets frustrated and says when I get my schedule straight to give him a call and HANGS UP! LOL. I call right back almost in disbelief and he answers again. I say so let's get this straight, you have an appointment available from 12-1, right? He says yes and I say great, i'll see you soon. This is when it's get better or worse.... He shows up to my house and is about to walk in with his dirty shoes on. No shoe covers, no taking his shoes off, NOTHING. I ask him to please take his shoes off and he flat refuses! Then he asks ME if I have ""bags or something"" that he can put on his shoes!! I told him to leave and that was that. Honestly, it's hard to find a good plumber and this is exactly why. Maybe they do great work, but I wouldn't give them my money.

T.W. came out to Bloomington and replaced the insides of both toilets, with new seats and new supply lines. I am extremely pleased with his professional work and his attention to detail. This company is highly recommended for any plumbing repairs. They are absolutely fabulous. I would rate them with the highest quality.

Mike is very prompt in his responses which is crucial to me. Most importantly he is very honest and upfront. I actually had him come look at my property, he took photos for my home warranty company and didn't charge me
a dime. I finally got rid of the home warranty company and just do business with mike. He stands behind his work. He has pride in what he does, and is very honest. I'm very pleased with him.

Mike is an excellent plumber and the first one I call when I have plumbing problems. He has helped me in both San Bernardino and Redlands, and he is always fair and reasonably priced. He has helped me replace three toilets, he has reseated three toilets, he has stopped faucet leaks twice, he cured a slab leak, he has put in four shower heads, he hooked up a natural gas grill to the stub, he fixed an air conditioning pipe leak, and he has installed two new kitchen faucets. I can not recommend him more. He has probably done more things that I cannot remember over the past 14 years that I have been using him. 100 percent recommended.

We gave these guys an unusual and daunting task to clear my drain. Normal processes to snake the drain couldn't solve my problem. They had to cut through my septic tank lid and snake back from there and were successful and at a very reasonable charge.
Owner, Mike came to the site to lend his expertise on a pretty hot (mid to high 90's) day.

They called me at work to get an ok to use more force to pry/cut the tank lid saying they may break it. They were obviously very careful because it was still intact when I got home.

Really pleased with their ""won't let this beat us"" attitude. Appreciate their professionalism while dealing with me (over the phone) my daughter and wife onsite.
Will definitely call them again when I need plumbing, A/C, and/or heating work done.
