The plumber that has come out to service our building is very nice and fast. However, the low rating and review is for the customer service I receive ever time I have called their office to set up assistance.

I have called multiple times and it's always been the same extremely rude women. She has always been so condescending and for that reason i will never use Quality design Plumbing again.

They have been our go to for our company, but I have had enough of their terrible customer service. It was not hard to find a good plumber with good customer service to take their place.
