Cannot recommend for any size project. Our bathroom remodel took 15 months longer than estimated. There was a constant need to get after the contractor to start/resume/finish each and every task. The sub-contractors were unsupervised and unskilled except for the tile installer and the electrician. The contractor has a bad reputation as sub-contractors sometimes aren't paid or have extreme delays in payment.

First time this guy came out he was very professional and reasonable on price. I call him to replace a part on my outside shower and he sent one of his employees. He quoted me 800-1000 for the job including parts...I was very surprised. I ended up ordering the part on Amazon, that said was 200 his cost, for $42 and replaced it myself. Too bad when people get too greedy for their own good. I definitely would have paid $400 not to mess with it.

Contacted online about a non-emergency plumbing repair. Was able to get an appointment for the next day.
Eric kept in touch during the day and gave us an ETA for his arrival.
He came, assessed the situation, made a couple of suggestions to improve the situation, and offered a reasonable estimate.
The work was done cleanly and efficiently.
Will definitely use Quality Deluxe Plumbing in the future and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This is total scam. These people took my money and 6 month later they still didn't finish the project which supposed to be done in 100 days. They hire subcontractors, and never paid them, even though I paid everything according to schedule. They bought materials using my credit card and now refusing to deliver those. Subcontractors now demanding a pay, which I already paid to these scammers from Quality Deluxe.
I was living without heat from October to January. I also didn't have window and sliding door installed from September to December. The window and the door were only ordered at the end of November. Think about my electric bill when I had to run 8 space heaters to maintain temperature 50F maximum.
Run. Run fast. They are absolutely dishonest people.

We lost something very small, expensive, and hard to see in the toilet. Eric responded quickly (on a Saturday morning!), removed the entire toilet and searched through all of the water inside to find it. He even did a bonus repair on the toilet for a problem we hadn't known about. He is friendly, professional, and skilled. Highly recommended!

Eric is AWESOME!! I had an issue with a leak so HE came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. I asked him if I could watch so that I would know what to do if I encountered this in the future and he explained and showed me everything that he was doing. After this, I wouldn't use any plumber other than him. THANK YOU!

Unprofessional and unreliable. My condo unit was leaking water to the unit below, I contacted this company to schedule a diagnosis. I was scheduled for a time window 12 pm to 3 pm but the plumber didn't show up. I called him and told him that the other unit owner, condo association manager and I were waiting for him at the property, he said he had to postpone to 4-5 pm. And we waited for him for another two hours till 6 pm and he never showed up, nor did he reply our message or calls. Avoid this company if you want to work with a reliable plumber.

To the owner of this company: If you don't intend to do business, just say no upfront. Don't bite more than you can chew. Don't waste other people's time. Thank you.

It's sad that when you contact a company, you expect communication and professionalism. I hired them, 2 months later, I decided to move on with someone else. Initially they showed up fast with a leak, but when it came to get the information to my insurance company and calling up to set up a time frame as to when the job will get done, no. If you claim that something is easy, it should no take you 3 weeks to get it done. Seems like once a company goes big, they forget about the little guy.

Excellent experience! Eric responded to my inquiry immediately, and was available the same day, even for my minor non-emergent job (hooking up a grill to a natural gas line). He and his associate were timely, nice (didn't mind answering lots of questions!), performed the work efficiently and well and even helped us get the cover back on the grill. We will definitely be contacting Eric and team again when we need a plumber or any of the other services they provide!
