Yet another company in Leander and the surrounding area who says they offer 24 hour emergency service but really doesn't unless you ha e a service contract with them. False advertising house ws 90+ degrees didn't care stopped making calls at 8pm. If you don't offer emergency service stop lying to potential customers. This is just another reason this town has turned to CRAP. No sense of truth, honor or customer service. Sad when yiu contact a dozen plus companies who claim they offer 24/7 emergency service but it's a LIE just to get you to schedule service at a later date as if you don't need service now and are willing to be over charged later. Kiss my rear end!!

Colby is awesome, he is very professional and quick to get the job done. I have never been disappointed with any of the service folks I have had at my home.
The office ladies are very understanding when I call soaking wet with sweat and with temperatures 78-80 degrees in the house and AC is set on 72.
I don't believe I will ever call anyone else for AC repairs. I have used several in Georgetown and am so glad I found Quality Cooling and Heat!!!!
I have been using them for a couple of years now.

Amazing service, friendly staff, better prices and availability than their competition. Tyler was super nice, answered all my questions and really helped me to understand any issues and concerns that I had. He is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he needed to do, he took pictures in my attic and gave me excellent recommendations on how to keep everything in tip top shape moving forward. I would I highly recommend Tyler and using this company for your heating/cooling and venting concerns.

Our AC went out after a storm and they came out fast to diagnose the problem, communicated VERY well for someone with zero knowledge of AC units.

Got a early confirmation call from the company, which was great as I just woke up. Daniel and Colby were very courteous and thorough, they were back to fix the problem on our very old machine and what to look out for in the future. These guys are great!!! Highly recommend them!

I asked for a call from the manager while the tech was on site and I filled out a survey on their site a week after I decided not to use them. I never heard back so I will share my experience. The issues:
I was quoted $1,800 to replace a blower motor in a carrier air handler. Its about an hour of labor. Part is $750. To get it done I offered them $1,200 since they already made it out to my house and could get the part quick. $1,200 is the top end of expensive but the tech stuck to his guns (I had him call the office to make sure the price was correct) I have enough contacts in the industry to know that $1,800 to replace a blower motor in a 3,000 sq ft residential attic space with enough headroom to stand was outrageous enough to get laughter- so I went another route. The tech had a lot of knowledge but it was obviously a sales heavy site visit. I do believe they would do a good job and I feel confident they would stand behind their work but c'mon with the prices..$500-$600 an hour in labor?!
