Beginning as a small, two-man operation in Cincinnati, Quality Comfort Home Services has evolved into a thriving business, thanks to loyal referrals and satisfied customers. Ryan and Erin Osterkamp, the husband and wife team, focus on providing honest and quality service to the Cincinnati community.
Ryan, who grew up in Cincinnati, completed his education at La Salle High School, class of 2002. Together with his wife, he is the father of three kids. He began his HVAC journey as a service technician at a local firm and, after gaining valuable experience, chose to start his own business to better serve residential clients. Over time, he has expanded his team and takes pride in being honest and fair. Ryan is still deeply engaged in the daily activities at Quality Comfort.

I had a clogged drain in a bathroom sink and a leak in a pipe under my kitchen sink. Caleb gave me an estimate upfront on the work to be done. He was friendly, polite and professional. Once the work was completed he cleaned the area and even offered to put back all of my supplies that had been stored under the sink. Thanks for a great job Caleb! AC went out on Friday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment on Monday at noon. They actually arrived early and fixed the problem quickly. Very efficient. Very nice. Would highly recommend.
It is so unfortunate, a new unit was installed at our house 8/20 no one lived in the house, we moved in 3/21 the AC froze, needed Freon, did not leak detect, froze up again, blamed us, froze up again, said they fixed coil, fast forward to now, froze up again, we have a different contractor look into it only to find this company destroyed the coil at the time of installation, they're refusing to fix, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND BEEN UNDER WARRANTY HAD THEY DONE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN 3/21.
Caleb was very thorough and professional. Cleaned up afterwards and went over everything he did. Would highly recommend.

We had had this company come out 2 times. They respond quickly and do great work. Fair and honest, recommend for sure!

The problem I have the most is that the $50 fee that they charge for a technician to come out and assess is for nothing. They have no tools no tactics to diagnose an issue. Just ""lets try it and bill you""
Edit: they refunded the service after i contacted them. They didnt make me jump through hoop for it either.
Craig F.First, this review does not apply to the five start service technician came to my house to fix the initial installation issues; they are for the companies' office manager and the installation lead. I'll save you the read and cut to the chase. If everything goes well, you are good to go. If something goes wrong, is done wrong, or you are unhappy with something, they will kick you to the curb and say they don't want to do business with you any longer. As crazy as it sounds, that is what happened to me. I only wanted what I paid for, nothing more. I am very unhappy with the way the office treated me. I highly recommend finding a place that will stand behind and correct their mistakes without blaming the customer.
The reply below does not address that I have still paid for something that was never completed, simply hooking my humidifier up to the Nest thermostat. While I appreciate the professionalism in the reply, you can read into it and see how because it took a few times to get right, or rather put it back almost the way it was, they decided to give up and put the blame on me.
S. B.I am so happy with these guys!! not only was the price very fair, but Dana who handles the office is so kind and knowledgeable. They really did a great job cleaning and servicing my furnace. I got a report afterwards and suggestions on what I might want to do to really get the system up to par. No pressure trying to sell me the farm. Im so glad I went with them. you can trust that they'll do good honest work.
